This is the first time I have ever reviewed a beauty product - this is how much I love it! For years my skin would break out in spots as soon as I had managed to clear my skin and the texture of my skin has always been uneven. I was recommended to try this product on my face and was sceptical after reading mixed reviews online, however it has worked wonders for the skin on my face. After using it every night for the past 3-4 months (after washing and occasionally exfoliating with Dermalogica products which I also highly recommend) my skin has improved dramatically! It has completely evened out and got rid of my blemishes and I hardly ever get spots anymore! My skin feels smooth and silky and I have had compliments on my skin which I never did before. I had a total knee replacement two and a half years ago. The skin on the scar was slightly folded at the top, which was unsightly. I used Bio Oil every night once the stitches had been removed. I noticed an improvement after one week. I used it nightly for two years, and am still using it once a week. I have used it on a scar I got years ago, and the scar is improving. It worked wonders for me, and I would definatly recommend it. I found the oil very easy to use once I didn't put too much on the palms of my hands. I gently massaged on to my knee and left the oil to do the rest.

I normally do not write reviews, but as I've told my friends, this is the best face product I have ever tried. I use it am and pm on face and neck. My skin is incredibly softer and has fewer signs of aging. I would definitely recommend Bio Oil for a more youthful appearance.

I have been using bio oil for almost 3 years now, I LOVE this stuff.. I use it on my face at night only and under my eyes, it works wonders..It also is great for keeping the color in tattoos very bright, I put some on my back tattoo after tanning one day, and boy what a difference, I put a dab on all my tattoos twice a week when I wash up at night, Like I said I LOVE this stuf!!!! I was a little afraid to try oil on my face at first, I had oily skin as a teen, but in my 40's this stuff is just awesome!!!!!

Bio oil isn't offering miracles so when I used it to treat some quite aggressive marks on my stomach I wasn't expecting one. It's a brilliant moisturiser and definately improves skin, it by no means gets rid of stretch marks but it makes them a lot paler and because your skin texture is improved your skin appears plumped up :) absorbs well. My only dislike is the smell but you can't have it all :) Safe reliable product

I bought Bio Oil as a last-resort recommendation from my mother. I grew quickly at the end of my teens, and the resulting curves also came with wide stretch marks over my thighs, hips and bottom. Id been told by the doctor to rub any oil into my skin, and it would lessen the appearance of them. After 4 months, It made my skin soft but didn't touch the stretch marks. They were still red & sore looking I bought Bio Oil from my local boots (£12 instead of £19 cause the box was a little squashed) and I LOVE the stuff. After 1 month, my 2cm wide red/purple angry looking marks are silvery white, and dramatically thinner. Whatever is in this stuff, it's amazing. It smells pleasant, doesn't feel too greasy, and delivers on it's promises. I'd recommend it to anyone! :-)

Some people have complained about the cheap packaging but I like the fact that it's simple, plain and does not use cheap psychological tricks to make people buy it. My chemist recommended it to me above all the pretentious, expensive 'anti-ageing' gloop produced by huge companies like Revlon and Elizabeth Arden. I trusted him as a clever, experienced and well educated man who bases his opinions on science. I have used Bio-oil for five years now and have no complaints; it does all that it claims to do and without the use of glossy marketing and lascivious pouting models.

After having lazer resurfacing and being disappointed in the results I decided to try bio-oil. From the first day I have seen great results in diminishing fine lines and even enlarged pores. All this in only 3 nights of use. Today is my first try at using it during the day as well.It is great value for the money compareed to the cost of lazer resurfacing.I intend to keep using this great product............Pauline from Canada

I use bio-oil for patches of hyper-pigmentation that appear on my face whenever it is exposed to extreme sunlight. These patches generally fade within 2 - 3 weeks of usage. Its also a good facial moisturiser. Doesn't clog the pores and soaks in fairly quickly. Don't be put off by the initial feel of oil at first.

I love Bio-Oil! I originally got it for strech marks and after a couple of weeks they had faded now after about 3 months they are practically gone!It takes time but really, really works. I now use a little on my face at night after cleansing instead of moisturiser(Its too oily to use in the mornings)its great, it made my skin so soft and dosen't clog my pores- I would reccomend it to everyoone not just those with sensitive skin...

Bio-Oil is very nice, leaves soft skin, soaks quickly and doesn't leave any oily feeling after ~3 minutes.
Would recommend to all with dry and soft skin. Good for marks too.

Bio Oil is a tremendous bargain. It lasts a long time, even when you use it twice a day. It is great under make up.

Bio-Oil works - I used it after an operation and my scars are healing very quickly. I now use it all over and put some in the bath. I put loads on my face every night and let it soak in whilst I sleep. I love it. It may be expensive but use this and you don't have to bother with any other creams. I ask people to buy it for me for christmas and my birthday. I also wait until Boots has a 3 for 2 offer and buy it then. It is getting very popular so I hope that doesn't mean it is going to cost even more.

i use bio-oil on my scars from having a breast reduction and it has worked wonders for me, you can hardly see the scars, yes bio-oil is a little costly but, who cares if it works. it has helped me so much.
