I use this VO5 leave in conditioner everyday. It makes my long, thick hair easy to detangle and keeps it in good condition. It doesnt weigh hair down or leave it greasy. I find that everyday use of this plus a weekly intensive hair mask is all the conditoning my hair needs saving me time in the mornings. You can see the difference it makes from first application, it is a necessity for long hair.
