Hunter & Reeves estate agents are one of unprofessional I have ever met in my life. I have vacated the house some 6 months back and still not received my security deposit. Looks worring as none of their contact numbers are working.

I had rented an apartment through Hunter and Reeves in Ilford. I have vacated the place after 5.1/2 months. I am yet to receive my 2 months rent advance and 1 month rent debited in error. I found the staff are rude and unprofessional and do not cooperate at all.

I came to Hunter and Reeves to take the headache off managing tenants myself. But these guys will give you a heart attack. They aren't even English as their company name suggests.

Furniture was taken from the property without my knowledge and consent, and now they are in the process of trying to find some of it. Hunter & Reeves estate agents are not even sure what is missing, as they cannot locate the inventory of items removed. Calls were never returned even when promised. I paid for a service that I did not receive.

Hunter & Reeves estate agents offer a professional service, and their staff were very helpful with all my queries. They are expensive, but they are worth it.

Very efficient estate agent, from the the time they came to value the property to the time they found tenants. I would recommend Hunter & Reeves estate agents for rented property, as they fully vet tenants and they managed the property well and found tenants quickly.

I am currently staying in a rented property which is managed by Hunter & Reeves. They don't respond to requests for any maintenance work. I have been chasing them up for 3 months, but no response. Their manager changes every 2 months.
