I decided to use Plusnet. Over the 12 month contractual period I had constant signal failures. My modem was very temperamental, if it got nudged it would lose signal!!! After 6 months of complaining Plusnet replaced my modem and offered me a partial refund for my first 6 months. This however never happened. My bills went up. My new modem had the same issues as the old. In that it doesn't work consistently . Also you only get 60gb allowance a month, so if like me you have a listed building... (read more)

Just awful. They screwed up my broadband order, and told me I'd have to wait another 5-7 days (I'm still waiting, so who knows when I'll get it). They made no attempt to improve the situation - telling me that's just the way it is, or to make amends/make the situation better. Staff are rude and unhelpful; and each of the many times I have rung - at all sorts of times of day, and to speak with different departments - minimum waiting time has been 20 minutes - sometimes more. Unreliable and slow broadband, which does not justify the high price.
