“Appalling service...”

Nice catalogue seems good value until you try and order.They need 10 working days at present to despatch which does not compare with other companies. Oh we're so busy they say but other well known companies are busy and can manage better service. Didn't get the order so cancelled. Last time I ordered from them a lot was on back order as not in stock. I'd hoped they had improved but they haven't. Will never use them again. What a company.

“Improve the web site ”

Was a fantastic web site. Now you can't even find it. Since the site was altered its impossible to log in anymore. Please sort this soon or you will lose lots of trade when we go elsewhere. Lynn

“It's like trying to raise the dead!”

I ordered two items on 7 March For which payment has been taken from my account, and despite actually speaking to someone (yes wasn't I lucky!) thatorders from7th March were being dealt with and now being sent out first class. FIRST CLASS! still not arrived and I aspoke to them on 19th March. This is the third time that I have ordered from them and was hoping for third time lucky. However, this was not to be. I have tried ringing and get some obscure message that the box is full!!!!!, I have tried emailing to various email addresses and they are all bouncing back. Other than travelling 2 1/2 hours from where I live inthe East Midlands to find out if they actually are stilloperatng, I am not sure what to do. It's disgusting and a let down for everyone in this situation. My order was for Easter items - ha ha bit late now isn't it. I am hoping to get my money back and will never ever try this company again. Pity they dpn't live up to the quality of their catalogue's....... oooh I could go on and on and .....................

What a shame you've had such a bad experience with Cardcraft Plus. I know they've just upgraded their website and the gremlins have been running amock, causing problems for on-line customers.

I've shopped with them many times without problems and find the staff to be very helpful.

Their product range is very good and prices very competative. They also offer free p&p on all orders and sometimes a free Hunkydory gift is included. So it's hard to find a better on-line craft store.

I visited their Preston shop (Inspirations at Cardcraft Plus) on Good Friday, so know they've not stopped operating.

Hope you get a satisfactory response soon.

“Rubbish website!!”

The new website is terrible. Placed online order on 26/02/13 and am still waiting. Phoned to complain and got told they didn't have a record of my order - this despite me receiving an email from them confirming all the details of what I ordered. Had no problems when I placed orders on their old website - why change something when it worked perfectly fine! Will not order from them again - nor will any of my crafting buddies!

“Bad service”

Placed my order FEB15th 2013 now March 5th and still not recieved it yet the money was taken from my bank. Have emailed 3 times and to date have not recieved a reply. The service is terrible i am now ring to ask for a refund and will not be dealing with Cardcraft Plus again. My advice to anyone is not to deal with this firm.

“Very poor service”

I have now ordered on two occasions from this company and have been disappointed twice. They offer priority 48 hour delivery when spending over £40 so I have both times added some extras to my basket to qualify for this. On both occasions my order has arrived incomplete with items listed as being on back order. The first time I had to chase up the order before the rest was sent out. I decided to give them another chance and the same thing has happened again. They have taken my money before ensuring that they have stock to fulfil my order and wheni called to complain, although the girl was pleasant and told me when to expect my order (at least another week), there was no apology and when I told her that I would not be shopping there again her response was "OK". Thoroughly disappointed when I could have ordered from create and craft at a cheaper price and known that I would actually get the items as they keep track of their stock levels. Lesson learned!

I ordered from this company on line, the goods took ages to arrive and were poor quality for the price. I have also been to their shop in Preston Inspirations. It is huge but understocked and under staffed and so dull!

I ordered 4 sets of die cuts. The offer was pay for 3 and get the 4th one free. I NEVER RECEIVED THE 4TH [ FREE ] ONE !! The cuts were all of poor quality, and some did not cut properly . Will not be placing any more orders.

I am just amazed at the apalling service from this company! I placed my order back at the end of October. It is now almost Christmas. First I received an email telling me that due to demand the items I ordered would take 7-12 days for delivery.Then since then I have emailed and phoned several times at great cost from Belgium. Some emails and calls were answered - some were not. Each time I received the same story - "your goods will be sent out by the end of this week." Or in the case of the last email "Your goods were sent on the 25th November" !!!. I have of course since emailed to request a full refund but as yet have had no reply. Disgusting! Do not use this company no matter how tempting their free offers and available stock appear. They do NOT have the stock they claim to have and their service is the worst I have ever experienced.

It is now 2 weeks since I placed my order, and I am still waiting for it to arrive despite receiving an email to say it would take 12 days. It is a pity that this was not indicated on the website, as I would not have placed the order. How it is that other great craft companies can deliver the following day at no extra expense but yet CardCraft Plus cannot?? They have some lovely card stock, but they really do need to review their delivery processes and stock control as this is ridiculous!

Ordered from Cardcraft Plus on 11th september and i am still waiting. i have been told that my order was despatched on 25th september but i am still waiting. on telephoning the company i was told that it is up to royal mail and how long they take with second class post - apparently it could take up to 18 working days from the time of despatch before they could take the matter up with royal mail. what a joke!
