Order arrived in five days - congratulations, however 'FREE gift' charged for, book that I ordered missing but overpayment shown on invoice. No explanation, have emailed and hope for a happy outcome. Fingers crossed!!!! Once I hear from them I may change overall rating and recommendation. Love the card and stacking pack, first class postage service. I ordered two items on 7 March For which payment has been taken from my account, and despite actually speaking to someone (yes wasn't I lucky!) thatorders from7th March were being dealt with and now being sent out first class. FIRST CLASS! still not arrived and I aspoke to them on 19th March. This is the third time that I have ordered from them and was hoping for third time lucky. However, this was not to be. What a shame you've had such a bad experience with Cardcraft Plus. I know they've just upgraded their website and the gremlins have been running amock, causing problems for on-line customers.
I've shopped with them many times without problems and find the staff to be very helpful.
Their product range is very good and prices very competative. They also offer free p&p on all orders and sometimes a free Hunkydory gift is included. So it's hard to find a better on-line craft store.
I visited their Preston shop (Inspirations at Cardcraft Plus) on Good Friday, so know they've not stopped operating.
Hope you get a satisfactory response soon.

“Is any one there???”

I placed an order and was told it was all in stock. When the order arrived one item was on back order. Next day had an email to say it was going to be delivered the next day, nothing came. Tried to email them, email bounced back, tried to ring them, no reply. 3 weeks later still waiting for back order and still unable to contact them by email or phone. I am not impressed !!! The new website has disappeared.They have proberly took it offline to sort out the problems. Overall I like them. I have ordered twice without any delay and the goods have been excellent quality. The new website was rubbish, why don't they just go back to the old one. (read more)

The new website is terrible. Placed online order on 26/02/13 and am still waiting. Phoned to complain and got told they didn't have a record of my order - this despite me receiving an email from them confirming all the details of what I ordered. Had no problems when I placed orders on their old website - why change something when it worked perfectly fine! Will not order from them again - nor will any of my crafting buddies! (read more)

Placed my order FEB15th 2013 now March 5th and still not recieved it yet the money was taken from my bank. Have emailed 3 times and to date have not recieved a reply. The service is terrible i am now ring to ask for a refund and will not be dealing with Cardcraft Plus again. My advice to anyone is not to deal with this firm. (read more)

I have now ordered on two occasions from this company and have been disappointed twice. They offer priority 48 hour delivery when spending over £40 so I have both times added some extras to my basket to qualify for this. On both occasions my order has arrived incomplete with items listed as being on back order. The first time I had to chase up the order before the rest was sent out. I made an order from this company after receiving a flyer in a magazine. It took two weeks for the bulk of the order to arrive. I then received two further packages over the next two weeks. The order is still not complete (now Oct 1st, ordered at start of August). I have e mailed them and they said they were sending the missing item, this was two weeks ago now and it has not arrived. I place my order which did not arrive on time, there was no email to advise 'your goods have been despatched'. Two items of my order where not delivered as one was 'out of stock' and one 'discontinued'. If this is such a big place as it comes across in the brochure I would have thought they would have had a computerised stock level and could inform you that items were was not available. Pre order I did recommend this company to a friend now I wish I hadn't. (read more)

I ordered 4 sets of die cuts. The offer was pay for 3 and get the 4th one free. I NEVER RECEIVED THE 4TH [ FREE ] ONE !! The cuts were all of poor quality, and some did not cut properly . Will not be placing any more orders. (read more)

My order was delivered in 5 working days exactly as I was informed, packed well & good value. I have 1 item I'm waiting for on a back order, I will definitely be ordering again! The invoice was easy to read & I could see straight away that one item was not there but was marked as being on a back order. I've already started writing out my next order, I only wish I had a bigger bank account there are so many super items in the catalogue! (read more)

Cardcraft Plus has a good range of items however their despatch performance is appalling! An order placed on 6th October was despatched on 26th October and you pay £2.95 extra for this "service". By far the worst delivery performance I've seen and I order a lot of items via the internet. (read more)

I am just amazed at the apalling service from this company! I placed my order back at the end of October. It is now almost Christmas. First I received an email telling me that due to demand the items I ordered would take 7-12 days for delivery.Then since then I have emailed and phoned several times at great cost from Belgium. It is now 2 weeks since I placed my order, and I am still waiting for it to arrive despite receiving an email to say it would take 12 days. It is a pity that this was not indicated on the website, as I would not have placed the order. How it is that other great craft companies can deliver the following day at no extra expense but yet CardCraft Plus cannot?? If you want next day delivery this may not be the company for you but my order came on time allowing the stated aim of 2-3 days to dispatch,I got exactly what I ordered at slightly less cost than some other websites.I have not given 5 stars for customer service as I did not receive an email from them within the time given by them and I had to contact them,I did receive a prompt reply informing me that my order had been dispatched although the on-site tracker had it as still pending.Also I... Ordered from Cardcraft Plus on 11th september and i am still waiting. i have been told that my order was despatched on 25th september but i am still waiting. on telephoning the company i was told that it is up to royal mail and how long they take with second class post - apparently it could take up to 18 working days from the time of despatch before they could take the matter up with royal mail. what a joke! Ordered goods on 22nd August and still waiting for delivery. No explanation given. I am impressed with the range and quality of Cardcraft card supplies but not with delivery. I would have felt slightly better if there was a facility on the website to track orders at least then I would be able to see what was happening to my order. (read more)

Excellent company with fantastic new product ideas. They have a good team of customer service advisors who will provide you with the information you require and are more than helpful.
Their website is excellent with special offers and Cardcraft Plus produce a lovely catalogue with extra supplements throughout the year to stop me getting bored with the stuff I have already.
