Have a Canon FAX-L295 in the office. It is inadequate for the purposes required because:
1. Paper tray and delivery slot cannot hold enough paper to send/receive moderately large faxes.
2. Keeps failing to receive/print faxes. Comes up with the excuse "check paper type" when paper is loaded and set to A4, which is all we ever use. Often has failed to print 4 days' worth of correspondence.
3. When trying to sort out problems, the instruction book does not help. It is absurdly over-complicated. For example no page numbers, just chapter/reference ones. Sorting out a simple paper problem requires going to 3 or more pages, in different sections of the book.
4. Button layout: like the book, too complicated. Book refers to "stop" and "start" buttons- these words are not written on the machine. "OK" is not send button, but something totally different.
