Good Points: License fee is a one time payment only (instead of paying year after year after year) Consistently rated best product on the market Very simple user friendly interface
Bad Points: Haven't found any yet
General comments: When I eventually caved in and decided I had to buy a Spyware remover, I did a lot of hunting around for online reviews. Three seemed to consistently come out top: NoAdware (usually top), PCOrion (usually second) and XSoftSpy (usually third). All three demos seemed to identify all the same bugs on my home PC and my work PC, so I assume in terms of performance that they are all pretty identical. But on price it was a different matter (none of them tell you upfront, you have to download the demo and then ask for ordering information). For both PCOrion and XSoftSpy you pay each year, whereas NoAdware just asked for a one off payment for lifetime use and updates. And, more amazingly, the one off payment was LESS than the annual charge of the other two packages. Not a difficult decision in the end.
