    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: I joined and was never sent a DVD so I cancelled and was charged £151.69. Now they wont answer my emails and they wont tell me what the charge is for.


    General comments: I have been with a lot of DVD companies they all ask me back. This postadvd.com is the worst I have ever come across

    Cancelled my free trial in October after only receiving 2 DVDs instead of the 3 I was supposed to. Was debited £13.75 this month, the same again last month (but was re-credited to my account the same day) and £13.75 in October. There's only an email address to contact them on and so far I have had no replies. Unfortunately my bank (The Woolwich) can't help me get the money back and have told me the only way I can stop this is to cancel my debit card.

    I regret I did not read these reviews before joining. They claim to have sent me three DVD's on the 2nd of October. I have of course received nothing! I have contacted them twice with no reply.

    I would be grateful if any one reading this with a similar experience might advise me on the best way to proceed, as they have my credit details. if you can help, please leave a comment. Thank you.

    I signed up for a free 2 week trial, after 4 days I had not received
    a single DVD and I had signed up for 3. So I cancelled, 2 weeks later
    I received a email saying I was being charged £13.75 for DVDs I
    had not even had, I had to ring my credit card up straight away to
    cancel my card before they could take any money off it
    keep well away from this company.

    Postadvd online DVD rental was a complete waste of money. Despite cancelling my free trial in advance of the required date, I have been charged for 2 months of fees!! I know from other reviews elsewhere this is happening to a lot of other people. Needless to say they do not have a contact number and don't reply to emails.

    They use SECPay for payment.
    The Post a DVD site was slow and charged my card twice.

    SECpay arranged a refund. I did not check and they only refunded one payment.

    No free DVD's were received during the free trial but my card was charged twice.

    I arranged charge backs with my card company.

    Poor customer service.

    I would be curious to hear about other peoples' experience .... they may fare better than other online companies .. small can sometimes mean better.
