Good Points: Cheap Prices
Bad Points: Terrible customer service. Actually they probably don't even know the meaning of it. No system in place to track orders. Had no clue who I was or what I had ordered.
General comments: I ordered some tyres on a Monday from tyres-sold-online after ringing up to ask if they were in stock. I was told they were and I would receive them by Friday as advertised. I rang up on Thursday afternoon to see if they had been despatched. The first two times someone said they would phone me back and they didn't. Finally told they had been despatched.
I rang on Tuesday of the next week to see what had happened and was told they would ring me back. They didn't. Could not get through on Wednesday morning as no one answered the phone. On Thursday morning I was told: " The guy who deals with mail order is at the dentist so you'll have to wait till later". no offer of appology for what had happened.
Later on thursday (after being promised three times that someone would ring me back) I managed to speak to someone who almost seemed to care and revealed my tyres had never been despatched due to a payment problem. This was remedied, I was promised the Tyres would get to me by Tuesday. By Thursday the following week, 14 working days after I first ordered and 9 days after the promised delivery date I told them where they could stick the tyres and went to a locla arage out of frustration. These guys just didn't seem to care.
