    The worst customer service you can ever imagine.. They will take the booking and money.. cancel the tour on the last minute and then wont give ur cash back..

    I booked the Paris tour in Sep and paid the full amount 3 weeks in advance. 2 days before the tour they cancelled it because of "insufficient bookings". I called and asked for the refund. They just keep telling one lie after another. Accountant is on holiday, Accountant has swine flu. It is 2 months now and they have not refunded my money. I will go to the small claims court next. Keep well away from these people.

    I had a horrible experience with Taj Tours Wembley. I could not go on tour as they could not arrange visa and later refused to pay my money. If you are thinking of booking then BEWARE of following - they don't accept credit cards therefore if anything goes wrong then you have to fight with them. Their customer service is HORRIBLE ,they do not give you answers or reply to your emails. SO far in their reply they have said that buying amount is nonrefundable in any circumstances.     Initially we booked Taj Tours for 14 days europe tour which was cancelled therefore we took 10days Europe tour in July09. The attitude of Tour manager was highly unprofessional and behaviour was inappropriate. She forced us to take additional excursions- which was waste of money.

    We had been to a recent Alpine tour end of August with Taj Tours Wembley UK. I would never recommend this tour to any of my friends. On our trip to disneyland 6 families all with kids were left behind coz they were late by 25mins back to the Bus.On calling the manager he never picked up the phone and when we called the tour manager we were bluntly told to make our own way back. The reason bus was asked to leave in a hurry was coz of another group waiting at the Hotel for a Paris by Night trip. A ...

    14 day Europe tour in which I was a member. I was wondering before tour how to spend 14days in coach? But after the tour I just wondered why the tour came to an end? tour was splendid well organised and well planned. We had in our family a child of 2years who enjoyed the tour well.Credit for this first of all goes to tour manager who has done his job extremely well.     our 14 days Europe tour was memorable.Tour manager has been very helpful throughout.He took care of us all through the tour and his guidance was excellent.We enjoyed the travel. probably the drivers should have co-operated better.The food served was very nice and team of cooks were very kind and helpful. they have done their job silently and well.Kudos to them.before I conclude once again I thank his excellent service

    We had very good time in Europe with Taj Tour and coach manager who provides all kinds of information and history of European city. We really enjoy our hot and testy taj tour fresh vegetarian food and hot tea. All over our 15 days europe tour was great with help of our usa Taj tour manager.

    We were a group of 11 (4 families)from U.S. We took Taj tour's classic tour of Europe (14 days) in July 2009. We were very pleased with the service. Tour guide was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We were spoiled with freshly prepared delicious meals every day. They even surprised us with a Birthday cake!This was second time for my family with Taj tours and I am glad I chose Taj Tours again!!     We recently completed 14 day classic Europe tour with Taj Tours. Our overall experience was very good. Things we liked - food was excellent, especially being Indian vegetarian. Tour manager was very good. Covered all the places advertised. Good to see lots of places in short amount of time.
    Some people may not like this type of tour due to "minor irritations" such as: Taj office staff issues (responsiveness, different deals for everyone), places they pick for lunch (mostly roadside), other passe ...

    In May 2009 my wife and I joined a group of about 52 people on a 17 days' tour to Europe. We flew from Bangalore and Mumbai airports and gathered at Heathrow Airport at London. We were warmly received by Taj Tours and transported to a very nice hotel at Wembley in Central London.

    Without wasting time, we were shown some portion of London the same day and the other interesting tourist destinations of London the next day, including Buckingham Palace, Madame Tussuad and the London Eye.

    Our Europe trip from 9th to 25th May 2009 conducted by Taj Tours was excellent. All the hotels were good and so the stay was comfortable. The tour managers were friendly and courteous. The major tourist spots were covered.
    For people not interested in shopping, some alternative programme perhaps can be given as an option, for example, visit to a museum or art gallery in which not all are interested !

    We covered Europe with Taj Tours London beginning from 9th May 2009 to 25th May 2009. The 16 days' tour was very well managed. The places of interest, food, coach and the hotels were excellent. The tour guides were very friendly and caring type. After comparison with the tourists who have travelled to same destinations by using other tour operators, we found that Taj Tours offered the best overall tour package.

    All Taj Tours Wembley UK programes were completed as per schedules maintaining correct timing. Excellent tour manager barring minor initial problems . The food was good throughout the tour. So also the hotel accomodations.
    In general the tour was enjoyable and a success and it served the purpose.

    My wife and I had taken the 17 day Europe tour with Taj in May 2009. Our overall impression was very good and would definitely recommend them , particularly to Indian origin tourists. We are based in Bangalore and had done the Taj booking through Chariot travels ,Bangalore and found them as well very helpful and reliable.     We took the Taj Tours Wembley UK Enchanting Europe in May,2009. Followed the tour completely to every word given in the brochure/website.I took this tour as some of friends chose this tour agent. Should have looked into other agents.

    Me and my spouse went for a 4 day trip to Brussels, Amsterdam and Cologne in April 2009, easter holidays. This was supposed to be the first trip of summer season for Taj Tours.

    We had mostly seen bad reviews of Taj tours and were sceptical. Our expectations was very low. But luckily the trip turned out to be very nice. The tour manager was very nice lady. She was very knowledgable about places and always wanted to show us more places.

    Well to begin with my booking with Taj Tours Wembley was handled very badly by the Taj Tours Booking staff and I started to repent paying all the money to them in advance as they did not give me any information if the schenghen visa has been granted to me or not for 3 weeks since I also applied for visa through them.
