    With eComMagnet you'll get very powerful hosted affiliate management and tracking software for only $29/month.
    It has many features I haven't seen anywhere else, and development team is responsive to customizations requests and new features.
    They offer also more advanced version that supports Geo-based targetting, SubId tracking, resources area for affiliates, build in forum, etc...
