Good Points: Powerful zoom. Not heavy nor light at 15 oz. All weather and terrain. Windage and elevation adjustment. Multi layered Emerald bright coating for optimum light transmission. high field of vision 39-13 inches at 100yds. Mil dot helpful for ranged shooting. Not cheap and nasty but good quality. Anti steam glass (DO NOT TAKE OFF IT CONTAINS NITROGEN GAS, VERY DIFFICULT TO GET BACK IN) Focus adjustable
Bad Points: AGS mounts are flimsy and naff but it depends on the spring recoil of your rifle. The tube scratches very easily. Chinese.
General comments: Well after using a Webley silver 4x32 scope I was quite fed up at missing targets and rabbits.
So I purchased the Airgunsport Elite and have no regrets apart from the choice of mounts.
The rifle I used for this was a Webley & Scott Stingray carbine.
Well I took it out in the field the first shot was alright, then after his all hell broke loose, no matter how tight I tied the mounts on to the rifle the recoil of the spring managed to jar the mounts out of place. 9(If you are going to get some mounts I suggest Webley mounts, logun mounts or promounts).
Where I was shooting it was quite cold and noticed the lenses didnt steam up and it was raining quite considerably so no need to worry about rusting scopes after this I fitted the mounts of my old Webley
Be careful when putting on old mounts as this does scratch the tube.
Took it out in the field again and I wasnt dissapointed, the Webley mounts were a lot better Took 10-15 shots to zero it in within a square inch using crossman accupels.
Mil dots are a nice compliment for every 35 yards you shoot at, you lift the rifle so one dot is over your target for example, at 105 yds you would use the third dot I would suggest a more powerful rifle to shot at distances of this range.
Overall I would recommend, just do not get AGS mounts they come off too easily.
