    Ordered a keep u dry waterproof half leg cast cover which was supposed to stretch to 48cm! But would not stretch an extra 3 cm wider than the 8cm (approx) opening. Then ripped! Sent the item back to Betterlife 2 weeks ago, Still waiting for a replacement/ response!!

    Bought a high quality, king size adjustable bed from Betterlife Healthcare on Monday morning and was quoted delivery within 7 working days. I though this was pretty good considering other sites had been telling me 3/4 weeks. However, I received a call on Wednesday asking if they were ok to plan me in for the Friday. An adjustable bed, delivered, installed, demonstrated all for free within a working week - perfect!

    Ordered a wheelchair tuesday lunch time and received it Thursday morning - great when deliver is free!
