    Having a nightmare with next at the moment. They suddenly decided to lower my credit limit without informing me which will take me over my limit. I'd advise anyone to just buy from them and not open an account. I've paid everything on time, more than the minimum payment each month. they treat customers unfairly...beware

    Have just bought Harbour Bunk beds and chest of drawers from next directory. The quality of this product is so poor, even just making the beds wearing my wedding rings has left the white paint marked with black lines. The children have slept in the beds for one night and already the wood is dented in places just where they have climbed in. Yes children can be heavy handed but these are supposed to be 'Childrens bedroom' furniture which would need to be a bit more robust. At a cost of approx &pou ...

    Great way to shop if you don't mind paying quite a lot in extras. Such as the APR which is high, the cost of the catologues (which should be free since they would have a captive audience) and similar things are slightly higher in cost than eleswhere.

    I get VIP registration for a sale with Next Directory and booked one of the first slots available in the recent sale - most of the stuff I received was like sunglasses/beach bags etc - the real bargains offered like dresses and kaftans never arrived! Very disappointing as most of it was for my holiday

    It took 10 weeks to get curtains for my children's bedroom when we moved home - so they did without for that long. The items I ordered were never received within the stated time on the website. i asked for my order to be delivered to my nearest store. So had to make so many trips to discover each time it hadn't arrived. Staff at stores and on telephone never seemed to have any updates to give me. I feel it is unfair to expect me to wait so long to get something.

    Bad sales get it sorted. They tell you its for free at point of sale, get you to sign a delivery coupon ,which is in fact a credit agreement without a copy ! then give you a sneeky £900 credit limit to tease you to spend with them.

    I love the items that Next sell, especially their home section but i have had nightmares with actually recieving the items that i order. I ordered a shelving unit last year and it never arrived. I rang customer services and they had 'lost' it so they ordered another for me, this also never arrived and so they ordered another! Two weeks later three shelveing units turned up on my door step. I signed for one and refused to accecpt the other two. I rang Next immediatley and explaned what had happen ...

    The clothes from Next Directory are good quality. Not too expensive. Usually arrive when they say they will. No quibble returns. You don't have to have a credit account and can just purchase off the internet or over the phone with a credit/debit card. No hard sells.

    Next is a good all round company. With this company, the customer always comes first if there are any problems.

    The clothes and furniture in the next directory are all excellent but the biggest drawback is the APR they charge which has put me off ever using it to purchase from them, i love Next clothes and i would much rather go to the shop or Internet and purchase the items with my credit card as it is much cheaper for me, and you have to pay the '£3.75 every time they update they catalogue which you would think they would do for free so encourage people to buy from them

    The next Directory offers a good range of clothes. Although not the cheapest, their stuff is always good quality and generally washes well. The sizing is pretty accurate, although they do seem to have a problem with waist sizes. They seem to think that woman have legs like sticks (which I do) and pot bellies (which most women that are size 8 or 10 don't). I always have to alter the waists of trousers from next. Shoes are also good quality and value.

    Next Directory has ranges of clothing for men, women and children, and also a good range of furniture, household items and gifts.

    I would be lost without my Next catalogue - I have been with them for years, and have probably spent a fortune with them, but I do think they are worth it.

    Clothes are of varying prices - some very reasonable and other a little expensive, but it depends on what you are looking for. Next are very much on their own when it comes to fashion and does tend to stick ...

    I love Next Diorectory catalogue, the choices in the clothing range for women, men and children is fantastic theres a large full range of everything you may need.

    The home section is very good too a great choices in everything you could possibley want to make your home look great.

    The ordering service is very good too and your orders come so quick its amazing in most cases they arrive the next day!
