Wow, what an amazing service, Multimarques exceeded all expectations.

After a bad experience purchasing a Kadjar which I rejected within 24hrs of taking delivery, I wanted someone to completely look after my interests and source me a replacement vehicle. Whilst discussing my recent concerns on the Renault forum (Tapatalk) I was contacted by several individuals recommending that I speak to Multimarques, who also advises on the forum. All stating that he would reliably be able to source me replacement vehicle at a fair price. I have to say No other Renault dealer or car deal search i.e. Carwow could match the same price as Multimarques. He will look after your interest from start to finish. It's rare these days to find someone who you can completely trust.

My car was made to order and was delivered to my door at no extra cost within 10 weeks of placing the order.

Whether paying cash or with PCP finance which is also far more competitive than any dealer he is definitely your man.

I bought a new renault Kadjar in January from Multimarques having been in contact via the renault members forum following a rant I had written about my local renault dealer. Multimarques excelled in giving me the best deal, fiancé and customer service way and above my local dealer. This was without doubt the best car buying experience I have had. The trustworthiness and respectful qualities of Richard are absolutely remarkable.

Having travelled from Aberdeen to collect a Nissan NV200 Combi, I would have no hesitation to buy from Multi-Marques again. I will be recommending Multi-Marques to all I know as the whole concept of Multi-Marques should be the future direction of car sales.

There is definitely a case of caveat emptor with Multi-Marques - we are still waiting for the V5 to arrive to show that we are the registered keeper of the car, despite having bought the car 5 months ago.

There is definitely something fishy about the way Multi-Marques works, since Richard intimated that he wasn't meant to be selling the car on within 6 months. This came as a shock, as we thought we were buying a brand new car, not one that had been owned beforehand.

So, car OK, price was OK for a brand new car, not so for a pre-owned car, but something definitely suspect about the arrangement. Several emails and voicemails have been sent/left to request assurance that we will get the V5 but it still hasn't turned up.

I have since complained to Nissan and Barclays Finance to see if they have any influence, let's see if that works.

It is actually when something goes wrong that you get to test the integrity and commitment of a service provided by a company. We were unfortunate in the purchase of our new car, in that the dealer who supplied the vehicle to Multi-Marques for onward sale to us, made a number of mistakes. These mistakes left Multi-Marques to pick up the pieces and deal with the ' fall-out ' , which they did in an exemplary manner. My dealings with employees at Multi-Marques were at times tense, (after all we were spending a lot of money), but they met our expectations and surpassed them. I would return to the company again to find me a car in the future; they were excellent and 100% committed to providing the best possible service (which they did). Thank you.10/10

Multimarques responded to my initial questions in a matter-of -fact manner and without any "fast talk". Having been burned in a previous internet transaction, I was cautious about entering into another fairly major deal by this means. The transaction was agreed over several calls and no pressure was felt in spite of continued scepticism on my part. The Company's flexible approach to part exchange and delivery/collection was also helpful in cementing the deal. I do not have a clear feel for the size and turnover of of the Company, but I did feel there was a high level of interest in me as an individual customer and I actually enjoyed what was for me a novel experience. I must say, given that the purchase seemed such good value, I was almost surprised that the car was standing there exactly as promised and as well presented when i arrived to collect it. I would imagine that selling by internet of such an important item as a private car is not easy and I congratulate Multi Marques on their competence. I would recommend them to friends and hope I might have the opportunity to deal with them in the future.
