Good Points: Excellent service and advice when buying my new Clio.
Bad Points: None.
General comments: I was rather nervous about buying my car online but need not have worried. I was delighted to choose a car with the colour and spec I required at an excellent saving. I purchased my new Clio DCI86 in March this year and have just completed my first 6000 miles. I have already recommended Multimarques to my friends and in view of my current mileage may actually consider leasing through them next time.

I must have been the most cynical, hostile, and apprehensive buyer on the Internet but Multi-Marque's blend of assured professionalism and customer-friendly approach soon changed my outlook.
The premise is simple; you know the car, cars or fleet you want and they provide it at the negotiated price.
That's it!
I will be contacting Multi-Marques for my next car and would earnestly recommend them to everybody.
I was well impressed.

This is one of the best organizations that I have dealt with for many a year. They never forgot that I was a customer and that my business was important to them ............ but without actually saying so! On completion of the deal they can rest assured that they will always get my future custom. They ALWAYS phoned back when they said they would. I had reservations at first, but would not hesitate to deal with M-M again. The new car is exactly what my wife and I wanted. Multi-Marques shall surely be contender for 2007 award.

I have been buying cars for companies and personal requirements for over 26 years, and I always seem to get let down on quality of service or delivery dates, but most of all the attitude of the supplying dealer changes once the cheque has been handed over, especially when there is a problem with the product. The Directors of Multi-Marques are always happy to help if there is a problem at any stage down the line, and they always bend over backwards to make sure customer satisfaction is guaranteed ...

Multi-Marques Ltd were a pleasure to deal with, I could not beat their price on my new Mercedes anywhere else in the UK. All of the staff were professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. My car was delivered ahead of schedule and I would recommend them without reservation.

I have never bought anything so expensive on the net and was quite nervous parting with a large sum of money to a company I'd not even heard of. My worries were completely unfounded and the whole experience of dealing with Multi-Marques was a gift from start to finish. I can only rate their service as the highest I have ever experienced in car purchase. Thanks very much, and I'll definitely recommend you to my friends.

I shall gladly recommend Multi-Marques following my very pleasant experience of dealing with Richard Harrison.
Having found them on an internet search I was concerned about dealing with an unknown (to me) company. I need not have worried - I did my own research which included meeting Richard and his partner at their office.
Richard guided me efficiently through each stage of the purchase including help with insurance.
My new Mercedes was delivered to my home exactly as ordered.

Buying a car through Multi-Marques Ltd. was a very pleasant and easy ride, apart from the anxiety of paying upfront to people I'd never met! However David was so helpful, and provided re-assuring documentation and contacts all the way along, so I could check that the car was there and to our specification.
It arrived on time (a bit travel-stained, but it had come on a loader all the way from Perth in winter) and we feel we got a great deal and were very well looked-after by David.

Bought a Mercedes A150 Elegance, shopped around quite a bit and Multi-Marques were far and away the best value. Cars ARE UK-sourced, regular specs, no hidden catches. Choice of (free) delivery or self-collect from Harrogate, I chose collection and was met at Harrogate Stn by David who took me up to their office and my new car. They couldn't have been more helpful or attentive, the whole thing was a thoroughly excellent experience and one which I hope to repeat.

Multi-Marques were a pleasure to deal with throughout the transaction. The car was delivered well within the agreed time to the exact specification. Staff were always willing, polite and very helpful, always responding quickly to any query and returning calls promptly. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again without hesitation.

I've just taken delivery of a brand new UK dealer supplied Mercedes C220 CDi Estate.
Multi-Marques service was top notch. They were always very helpful - from my initial enquiries, to the placing of the factory order, and to subsequent payment and delivery. I cannot recommend them enough. Oh yes - nearly forgot - I received a very good discount on the official list price too! Thank you very much.

I purchased a Mercedes C220 CDi on 30/03/05, and Mutli-Marques obtained the exact colour and spec etc, and delivered it by transporter to my home from a UK dealer in 8 days, at the price I gave, without a problem at all. Their rep kept me up-to-date during the 8 days, and everything went like clockwork.
I was very impressed, and would not hesitate to use them again.

My E class 280CDI est has just been delivered to my home door, on time, with the spec as I requested, at the price I agreed at time of ordering.
I found that Multi Marques were very helpful and informative and very efficent.
This is the 2nd car I have bought via the internet and each time I have saved at least £4,000 on the dealer price and have had no issue on delivery.

I have just taken delivery of a new 280 CDI E-Class Mercedes from Multi-Marques. I was very sceptical from the outset, as my local Mercedes dealer could not match the price that I was quoted, but after some research I took the plunge. The service from Multi-Marques was excellent.
