Good Points: commitment to meeting the needs of the customer. Very good prices. An appreciation of the need for a new car to be spotless and in showroom condition

General comments: It is actually when something goes wrong that you get to test the integrity and commitment of a service provided by a company. We were unfortunate in the purchase of our new car, in that the dealer who supplied the vehicle to Multi-Marques for onward sale to us, made a number of mistakes. These mistakes left Multi-Marques to pick up the pieces and deal with the ' fall-out ' , which they did in an exemplary manner. My dealings with employees at Multi-Marques were at times tense, (after all we were spending a lot of money), but they met our expectations and surpassed them. I would return to the company again to find me a car in the future; they were excellent and 100% committed to providing the best possible service (which they did). Thank you.10/10

Multimarques responded to my initial questions in a matter-of -fact manner and without any "fast talk". Having been burned in a previous internet transaction, I was cautious about entering into another fairly major deal by this means. The transaction was agreed over several calls and no pressure was felt in spite of continued scepticism on my part. I found Multi Marque by chance and wished I had found it years ago. Very professional and offered personal service throughout. Kept informed of the transaction. Very competitive, saving me over £5000 in comparison to local dealer. Despite being based 350 miles from me, well worth the journey

At first I was apprehensive about buying a car over the internet, so I performed some basic checks. After these all came up satisfactory I proceeded with my purchase from Multi Marques. The service was what I expected, the people friendly and professional. All the arrangements to pick the car up went as planned and in general I was very satisified with the overall process.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Multi-Marques. They answered my multitude of questions always called back as promised and the car was delivered on time. On top of that the car was much cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. We will cerainly go back to them for our next car and I am already recommending them to our friends and colleagues

We bought a Toyota Verso from Multi-Marques Ltd, this could not have been more simple, quick easy transaction. MM handled everything and delivered on time! Extremely pleased. Extremely efficient customer service. Quick, reliable, trustworthy dealership! Would highly recommend.

Multi-Marques Ltd give an excellent personal service which in my experience is unavailable from the Main Dealer network. The car was significantly cheaper than the main dealers / other internet brokers and the finance was at an excellent rate.

I was rather nervous about buying my car online but need not have worried. I was delighted to choose a car with the colour and spec I required at an excellent saving. I purchased my new Clio DCI86 in March this year and have just completed my first 6000 miles. I have already recommended Multimarques to my friends and in view of my current mileage may actually consider leasing through them next time.

I must have been the most cynical, hostile, and apprehensive buyer on the Internet but Multi-Marque's blend of assured professionalism and customer-friendly approach soon changed my outlook.
The premise is simple; you know the car, cars or fleet you want and they provide it at the negotiated price.
That's it!
I will be contacting Multi-Marques for my next car and would earnestly recommend them to everybody.
I was well impressed.

This is one of the best organizations that I have dealt with for many a year. They never forgot that I was a customer and that my business was important to them ............ but without actually saying so! On completion of the deal they can rest assured that they will always get my future custom. They ALWAYS phoned back when they said they would. I have been buying cars for companies and personal requirements for over 26 years, and I always seem to get let down on quality of service or delivery dates, but most of all the attitude of the supplying dealer changes once the cheque has been handed over, especially when there is a problem with the product. The Directors of Multi-Marques are always happy to help if there is a problem at any stage down the line, and they always bend over backwards to make sure customer satisfaction is guaranteed ...

Multi-Marques Ltd were a pleasure to deal with, I could not beat their price on my new Mercedes anywhere else in the UK. All of the staff were professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. My car was delivered ahead of schedule and I would recommend them without reservation.

I have never bought anything so expensive on the net and was quite nervous parting with a large sum of money to a company I'd not even heard of. My worries were completely unfounded and the whole experience of dealing with Multi-Marques was a gift from start to finish. I can only rate their service as the highest I have ever experienced in car purchase. Thanks very much, and I'll definitely recommend you to my friends.
