ordered myself a blu-ray player and 2 pairs of curtains, they arrived quite quickly, in about 3 or 4 days, i got them delivered to my work because im not at home during the day, sadly they were delivered on a saturday so i couldnt get them until the monday, but thats my own fault / issue. Good news is thought that they were sitting there in the post room on monday morning. A great way to start the week! After buying a dress for the first time with studio I wanted to pay for it there and then, instead I had to wait to get the dress then I expected details on how to pay, I left it a week or so and when I emailed asking them what to do they sent me a invoice of double the price of the dress, this morning I sent the dress back at my own cost and will never use this company again, BE WARMED FOLKS!!!!! The problem is that they want customers who have a good credit ratings so that you can buy now and pay later. The web site does not show payment now. I am really disappointed that they refused my order for a misery £14.96 by letter . I am going to sent a cheque to them so they can shut up and process my order either wise, I report to the office of fair trading. (read more)

Studio didn't have everything I ordered. The quality of one product was very poor, and when I tried to arrange return I could not get through to their "Careline" despite phoning at different times, and they did not respond to my emails. I got through to the order-line immediately though!!
They need to invest far more in Customer Care. I will never use Studio again.
