Previous deliveries no problem, flowers lovely. Ordered in December did not arrive no refund no response to emails. Terrible service have Happy Flora gone bust

I ordered flowers from Happy Flora to be delivered 24/12 no show, or explaination as to where the flowers are! The money has been taken from my account! After reading the other reviews I don't feel very hopeful.
Next time I will pay more for a company that has a good history.

Ordered flowers from Happy Flora 9/12 but not delivered yet..
I have tried to get back on website but seems not to exist now. Also phone number is a dead line. I have been charged on my bank statement by Flying Bouquets and can't seem to find them either..Total waste of time..

Happy Flora flowers received were gorgeous and very cheap, received on time, but going back to re-order for a birhtday the prices have risen by £10 per bouquet in the space of a couple of weeks. So maybe they were wrongly priced in the first place and that is why other people have not received their orders?

I ordered flowers from Happy Flora on Friday the 26th of August 2005 for my mothers birthday, to be delivered on the 27th. It is now the 2nd of September, and still no delivery! I have made 6 phone calls, and sent several emails to Happy Flora, and have been awaiting a call from the manager since Tuesday the 30th of August. He is always allusive, on the phone or at lunch.

I was promised the flowers would be delivered for a 2nd time on Wednesday, and that I would be reimbursed, but there ...

The date of writing this is 23rd August, floweres were orderd from Happy Flora for the 21st for our wedding anniversary.

I have emailed them and asked for my money back, not very hopefull.

You have been warned, I will not deal with this company again.
