The company has learnt from the thieves operating on premises and they steal your money as well! After accepting a deal and asked me to pay for a month in advance and I get a free month upon my return. They decided to cancel this deal and the incompetent person called Ms R..... she said she never agreed on that.

Customer service is ZERO. They won't survive longer if they do not change.

I have emails to proof my case.

I'd have to agree with another review above about if you're bothered by customer service and can leave your valuables behind. The place dumbs down how many thefts occur. It happened to me. I begged them to put up a notice appealing to anyone who found my things and they said "no, against policy". Then after 2 more days of begging, they allowed a small notice up for 3 days only. Management don't know how to deal with sensitive issues like this - they're not interested, full stop. You'd expect exc ...

Reebok Sports Club is huge and rarely so busy that you can't find the equipment you want free. One floor of cardio, one mainly of weights plus nice pool, climbing wall and courts. The staff have always been very friendly in my experience. The changing rooms tend to be busy at certain times like midday and they aren't always great at picking up the towels strewn on the floor but the members should take some responsibility for this and acvtually put their own in the bins provided. This club has tr ...

The Reebok Sports Club gym is ok. Has a pool, which is ok if you can catch it at a quiet time. Gets really busy at lunch times. I have found the staff to be unhelpful when dealing with me. I don't mind paying for a decent service, but the indifference I feel I have experienced here is in my opinion unacceptable and annoying. For the money, I think I can do better which means I would not use Reebok gym again.

If you can ignore the staff, can step over the clothes and leave your valuables at home then this is the place for you.

Its expensive but not top class

Reebok Sports club does have a lot of equipment but be aware that my locker and other lockers have been opened and money phones etc have been stolen. Judging form the times I have been there the mens dressing rooms are absolutluy filthy, towels and dirty gym clothes strewn on the floor and benches, you have to pick your way, the showers are no better hair and other debris abound the steam room is well er em is freqented by gentlemen who are very very confortable with their bodies think Roman spa ...

I would recommend this place if you can afford it. There are cheaper gyms, but it has a great way of motivating you to want to be there and work hard. I chose it on location rather than equipment - I was already a member of a local authority place too, but it didn't quite cut it for me.

This place was great when it first opened, but they messed up the pre-launch and overcharged, then reduced the price without publicising it and went bust. Receivers took over, company sold and new management put in - from Chelsea Harbour Club.
This introduced snobbish indifference to the club and services were removed and changed and members were generally ignored unless they could flash a bankroll.
It's big, it's got lots of cardio with tv screens, but it gets busy at lunch and evenings. You c ...

If I had the money for this, I would continue my membership here, but as it's out of my budget, I guess I will have to cool it off and down grade.
I had been going to a local gym for about 3 years before, but once I joined Reebok, I went from one class a week and one gym session a week, to between 1-5 classes a day and 2 gym sessions a week, (not including the power plate and swiss ball stuff I did alone!) If this gym has been able to change me from a "I really cant be bothered" to "gym gym g ...

I wouldn't trust staff or management. Clearly motivated by money rather than customer retention. Don't be fooled by the mirrors and shiny machines !

Reebok Sports Club in London is amazing to go to. It is a bit expensive but when you work out what you're getting for the money it's pretty much worth it. At least half of all the cardio equipment has it's own television so you can change channels without bothering anyone else's viewing. There's enough equipment on the cardio floor so that they don't need to have time limits you can run on a treadmill or cycle for as long as you like or can. The free-weights is a sight to behold, I honestly ...
