  Good Points: Cheap, comes with cooling fan. Good for general work.

  Bad Points: Bit under powered.

  General comments: The AMD Sempron 2400 is Cheap and it comes complete with fan. Easy to fit, fan fits easily too. Works well - reliable, and straightforward. Not as fast as Athlon XP 2500 (my only comparison) but nonetheless for a budget CPU it performs well.
