    Good Points: Nice plasma screens and was good having a kitchen in the rooms as well!!


    Bad Points: Staff weren't amazingly welcoming and the cleaning service was appalling!! complimentay water bottles never arrived and service wasn't great! The rooms were also a bit cramped.


    General comments: The Alex: NYC is itself a fab place..the people are busy within themselves and leave the toursts to themselves...you feel you are in the movies when in Times Square and thats just amazing!

    There's so much to do but be prepared for a little rudeness as is expected from a city as busy as New York!!
