Good Points: Warm and comfortable.
Bad Points: The cost. But, you get what you pay for.
General comments: I have the 2001 version of these winter gloves. A google search shows you the difference between the old and new versions.
They are fantastic in the winter. These have done 1.5 years of every day use now, and are wearing very well. Previously I used summer gloves with an inner glove (not much use at all)! I saw these. Although costly, I went for them, and they are great.
Lots of padding inside the glove, gives a very comfortable grip. The leather is reasonably weather proof. In a heavy prolonged rainstorm, they will get very damp, but otherwise, they perform well. In very cold and wet weather, they will not keep your hands warm, but what will? Not a lot in my experience. The toggle secured drawstrings at the wrist, keep out those naughty eddies of cold air.
Too hot for the summer, but then thats why they are winter gloves!
