Good Points: Good Quality Service, Friendly Drivers, Quick Delivery.
Bad Points: None.
General comments: I always use Reality, and Have no problems with using them again. Good team of staff and most of all speedy delivery.

Would recommend Reality Delivery, as the delivery time is excellent can't fault it order goods and within two days they are at your door, with a lovely smile from driver..what more can I say?

Reality Delivery refuse to deliver if you miss them, refuse to ring you back when they say they will, made me wait over a week and still never rang me, they swore at me when I rang them again and I still dont have my parcel now! they are rude, aggessive and very unfriendly.

I can say absolutely nothing good about Reality Delivery. They refuse to redeliver items if you have missed them - they refuse to deliver to your work address, even if it is only 2 minutes down the road from your house. Some of the customer service staff are extremely unpleasant to the point of being rude on the phone.
They are just a complete nightmare!!! Don't use them by choice - you can't help who your suppliers ship with, but don't chose this company of your own back - not unless yo ...
