Good Points: All the staff were very pleasant and polite and tried to get everyone to join in everything that was going on. They were only too happy to sort out any problems we had.

Bad Points: The apartment was looking a bit tired to me. But we were told by some of the staff that the whole place is being refitted this winter.

General comments: We all really enjoyed our holiday and were all made to feel welcome. Everyone was friendly and when our daughter was unwell with an eye problem they offered to get the doctor to come to the apartment for us. The food we ate there was nice and no dearer than anywhere else. The bits in the shop were slightly dearer but then you always get that with 'on site' shops - even in England. Our ages range from young to 57 and we all said we would go back again.

Peyda Aqua apts are situated in a pleasant area. Keys to the apts on view in reception. At night the reception desk is unattended. The receptionist was found to be playing pool. Bins not emptied, restaurant and bar staff rude. Food better in resort. Peyda shop very expensive. We feel this complex used to have a good reputation but not any more. Any complaints were not addressed.

I really recommend this place. Staff were so lovely, food was great, entertainment was even better. Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The staff were the highlight though, amazing people. Bad point I had to leave.

Excellent apartment with great facilities. The hotel complex was a fun place to be. The bar was good, and also the restaurant. My teenage son loved this holiday. Going back to the Peyda Aqua Apartments in Altinkum next year.

The apartment we stayed in at the Peyda Aqua Apartments in Turkey was dirty and very badly maintained. And we were on the top floor without a lift. There was nothing there for children, and the shop was three times as expensive in some cases as other shops in the resort. The complex is in a very run down area a good mile and a half in my opinion from the main resort. The staff were unhelpful, and our rep from GOLDTRAIL told us she dreaded our apartments, as there was a new set of complaints ever ...

The accommodation at Peyda Aqua Apartments:

The self catering facilities where exceptionally poor, with no toaster, grill or oven. There was an old portable two ring electric hob which took up to an hour to boil water let alone make a meal for 2 adults and 3 children.

Our room - although cleaned more than many other guest's was spacious however, the soft furnishings in the living area which doubled up as further sleeping facilities were dirty and cumbersome. Irregular changing of towels c ...
