Bad Points: If you want to put vista on it get a new video card. Thats really it if you keep away from bad websites the Dell Dimension 3000 will be running smoothly.
General comments: Great Computer Fast Quick and easy to use I'm running vista on it and it's great absolutely brilliant! Great Computer for home & business use
But not good for gaming however for me personally I well recommend Dell Dimension 3000.

Good for just the ordinary, go play a few low spec games internet and email could do with maybe being upgraded with a higher spec motherboard and Gpus and Cpu.

The Dell Dimension 3000 is a great PC for home use and basic tasks, but that's about all.
Not enough on board memory to multi task.
Would benefit from RAM upgrade and DVDR/W Drive.

A good PC for a beginner, not really for professional use, or people into computers and technology. It's a little too basic, that's the main problem.

I couldn't get any support for the software on my Dell Dimension 3000 computer. Dell only give support for the machine and not the software.

Here's a tip... Try Aria Technology for Dell Dimension 3000 PC spares if you have exceeded the warranty time. They are fast and cheap.

My old 1997 PC can't cope with the modern world. So I ordered a Dell Dimension 3000 17" CRT, with minimum warranty, free delivery and £50 off, for a mere £241. I bargain if there ever is one.
The computer was delivered on time. It is a good build quality, the keyboard is child proof. Stick with a CRT and upgrade later. Software includes Windows XP. Sonic DVD burner and a host of ISP and 90 day trial software.
