    Great valued products and super fast delivery (next day delivery with standard carriage!!). I have used Aria for quite a few years and I admit that their customer service team never use to be right on the ball like others have said BUT in saying that, I have had no problems in the last year and a half.     website and prices are excellent, delivery prices are way to high, but that was no where near the bad experience i was going to have with them, they customer service and returns service is the worst i've ever experienced, rude and arrogant. they will do anything to cover they own backs and leave you out of pocket if something goes wrong.
    the hard drive was excellent on price for £60 for 1tb but it turned out to be faulty which aria technology are refusing to refund or replace.

    I have been an Aria customer for many years and they have sorted out any technical problems reasonably well. Many aspects of the work I do with computers does really require in-depth technical knowledge and where I have been short of such knowledge, I have often found Aria have also lacked the intel. I am involved mostly in interior decorating and as such, would expect an IT company, or atleast a company selling IT to have knowledge on their products when I ask, but more often than not they have ...

    Bought an all singing all dancing Gaming Computer from Aria Technology when they were Gladiator Computers. I have had nothing but trouble with the Gladiator computer. It has never played a game as it would either freeze, not load games, switch itself of or Blue Screen. We have sent it back so many times only to be told they could not find anything wrong with it!     used aria for years, everything arrives next day and should anything go wrong I have my own account manager on the sales line :) fast service, cheap prices, but web special items sell out very fast!

    Aria Technology offer a wide range of value for money PC components. Most of my orders have been delivered within 1-2 days even without paying for the more expensive delivery option.
    Like most companies selling thousands of items a day, they will get their fair share returns. Judging by other reviews on this site it appears they are not good at customer service.     The Aria Technology website is easy to use with a good range of products...very cheap as well! The super deal prices make some products an absolute steal! I make a lot of purchases with Aria and I can honestly say that I have never had any problems. I have had to return a faulty monitor once and the customer service team were efficient and sorted the problem out straight away, replacing it with no hassle.

    Where do I start? I don't think I have the time to list all my experiences with Aria Technology. But I will say one thing, they told me that my goods had been dispatched, yet when I called Citylink direct they had absolutely no record of a collection for my address.I believe it's nothing to do with Citylink either, the service they provide round here is excellent (probably to do with the fact I am city based), and all my orders from Scan.co.uk arrived faultlessly with the same carrier.I would ad ...

    12 months ago I stopped ordering from ANY retailer who used City Link because our local branch in Gloucester has let me down in the past.However they now seem to be hiring more mature responsible drivers so I tentatively began again.Aria is the no1 choice for me at the moment-but only by a knats wotsit, because of the high shipping costI've not yet had to return anything so their customer service is as yet unknown-ebuyers improved dramatically over the last 3 years.

    Aria tends to be my default starting point to look when buying PC kit. I've never needed to make a return, and never had any problems. I think they might be best avoided if you expect to need help with your purchase...

    Bought a monitor with 3 years on-site warranty. I have been told that the manufacturers Yukaru will not honour this (as they have no service agents in the uk) aria wont help as they say this is the manufacturers warranty not theirs.

    I feel that Aria are not a respectable retailer and should not be trusted to give any type of customer support.

    I wanted to build a pc for myself, I had serviced my daughters PC and I had a builder € s manual so I knew how to put one together, but not knowing anything about hardware I decided to trust the sales assistant at Aria Technology.     I made several purchases over the last 3/4 years. The main reason I decided to go along with Aiara Technology was their competitive price. While their managers are comparatively polite and arrogant, the salespersons are quite arrogant and rude. Though do have they have geographical (Landlines) numbers e.g. 0161, but like many other companies nowadays, they would only expect you to contact them on 0870 numbers.     We've made somewhere between 10 and 15 purchases from Aria www.aria.co.uk over the past couple of years, using them to supply our computer repair shop for odds and ends required in custom pc builds. Every purchase made has been exactly as they described, at the price they quoted (competitive), and delivered when expected. I will continue to use them as my primary source for pc gear.

    I ordered a laptop off the website (i admit, all i wanted was a cheap fix, nothing flashy, just something to take over the laptop i have at the moment.).     Very, very poor customer relations. There is a man you should avoid in store. You will know him. A real idiot who thinks he is always right, and you the customer, are always wrong. I took back an item that was definitely faulty, but this guy tested it for over a hour and informed me it was fine, so no return money.     Decided to try Aria when building a new PC for my son and purchased a number of items including 2 memory modules and a wide screen monitor as a surprise xmas present.One of the memory modules was faulty and an RMA number quickly obtained but it went downhill from there.     Appalling company to deal with. They give distance selling a bad name. I know that my product was inexpensive, but I'm glad to have had the experience before possibly buying something expensive and having to return it.
    I shall never deal with Aria again, and I advise you to steer well clear of them.

    Purchased software from these guys which arrived on time as I paid the extra for next delivery. Once I received the software I realised immediately that due to a very important aspect which they failed to mention on their website, the software was unsuitable. I immediately tried to return the software which was unopened but was told that they would not refund or accept the return under any circumstances and that they were not prepared to give a reason why.
