Absolutely disappointed! Avoid ordering flowers from this florest at all cost. I ordered, what it seemed to be a beautiful buque of flowers with big sunflowers for my mum on International women's day, and what she got is the sorriest excuse for a bunch of flowers. I have never been more sorry for spending money on something. A lot of effort has been put into making the website and the flower bunches look pretty on the pictures but reallity is devistating. I spent 23 pounds on a bunch of flowers, expecting something special and what they delivered is what they sell for 2 pounds at your local supermarket because the ones you buy for 5 pounds are already having many more, fresher and fuller flowers. I can't express my disappointment! Glowers were delivered on the set date but the message and the card were missing. An absolute rip off !

Ordered flowers by courier for a special day, received email saying they are on their way. Not delivered, so queried and was told, quite casually, that they had gone to 'the wrong depot' Got full refund, but that's no consolation for flowers left on a doorstep for a week. Second time this has happened with Flying Flowers. They used to be good, but seem to have list the plot these days.

received mothers day flowers, should have been delivered on 5/3/2016, arrived in box dumped in porch although I was in on 8th March. The flowers were not good quality, some of the flower heads had been broken off in transit, extremely disappointing. I tried to phone the company today, but was left in queue due to high volume of calls. I can only assume this was due to other customers complaining. I could have let my son now, but didn't want to hurt his feelings, but will mention to him not to use this company again.

Flowers arrived in good condition, but no flower food or chocolates which should have been included. I contacted them by phone and the chocolates were sent by post, but no appology and they were unable to send the flower food. What has happened to quality control?

My partner has used you before but due to my birthday carnations both small in quantity and having broken flower heads will not want to use you again. He did purchase the large bouquet too

We ordered some flowers to welcome my daughter and son-in-law into their new home. I arranged them to be delivered when they both had a day off work - they were a surprise. The flowers failed to arrive, and it was about 5pm when we realised this. I called the helpline, and we were told they had been delivered that morning - but it must have been to the wrong address. They offered to send another delivery later that week. This time I told my son-in-law, and when the flowers failed to arrive a second time (or a card through the door confirming the delivery) he got on his bike and cycled half a mile down the road and found them at the wrong address. We were really disappointed by this. When we spoke to Flying Flowers we gave as clear instructions about the location of the house as we could. Not much of a surprise in the end!

Good Afternoon,
I am very sorry to hear that we have failed to deliver your surprise gift to your recipient on two occasions. Please can you provide your order number so that we can locate your order and resolve this unfortunate incident accordingly?
Kind Regards

Ordered flowers for a friend who had a bereavement. Paid for next day delivery - they took 2 days!

I received a floral card via this company, despite being on time the flowers were wilting and not at all as they looked on the website. The price was in no way justified for the tiny display that arrived. Flowers shouldn't be delivered by mail. Don't waste your money

Received a box of flowers with disposable vase that came in use full. The delivery was not a problem as arrived with stems soaked in a water bag . that was the only good thing, the flowers looked of poor quality , there were brown patches to start which got steadily worse. I kept the flowers for 5 days but really should have been thrown after 3. I would neither use or recommend flying flowers.

When this company were based in Jersey the quality of flowers was wonderful. There was great variety, beautiful colours and price very acceptable. Now the 'bouquets' are just small bunches, not resembling the photos in the catalogue. They are grossly overpriced for what they are. The flowers I ordered this time were drab in colour and accompanied by a 'free' box of chocolates, amounting to four. Very disappointing. This has now happened several times and I hoped it was just a gliche, but obviously not. In mitigation of the company, I found the service to be very good - phone answering quick and delivery excellent. Poor quality flowers, however, means we will look elsewhere in the future.

Don't fall for the 'free' bit from this company. We ordered 2 bouquets in JANUARY for a delivery in March. "Mothers Day Flowers & Free chocolates." Flowers delivered on time but no chocolates with either order. Contacted customer services who stated that the free chocs were "subject to availability from their suppliers" and in the terms & conditions it states this. The T&C's with the "subject to availability" bit does not appear at any time until you get to the check out stage, you then have to click into it. This fact should be on the main advert so you are aware beforehand. We'll be using someone else from now on.

totally unlike the picture (royal arrangement) on the web site. Instead of red roses with white lilies, blue sprays and eucalyptus all in a nice arrangement, I got 2 tired red carnations, some white chrysanths and some very feeble looking purple spray. So they missed the red, white and blue theme and completely failed on providing a nice arrangement. I wish i had read other reviews of flying flowers - or remembered that I said years ago I would never use them again.

I am a little upset with this online florist, and concerned that damaged flowers have been sent out before and I haven't got to hear about it. On reflection, if someone had sent me flowers from Flying Flowers, I doubt very much whether I would have said anything more than thank you, and they are lovely.
