Rang to order flowers for a best friend who had just come out of hospital. The company advised me they would be delivered that day charged me for same day delivery . Rang my friend to see if flowers had come , no sign of flowers , rang company who explained they could not now do same day delivery and flowers would be delivered on Monday ( this was Saturday ) which is shocking enough that flowers would not be delivered until Monday . The Strawberry Sorbet bunch was delivered for my birthday. The flowers arrived on time however the quality was unbelievable poor. It was an actual embarrassment to even show these flowers to my colleagues. The excitement and joy of receiving flowers for a special occasion was ruined by the receiving of a wilted bunch of flowers. I ordered some spring tulips for my mum for Mother's Day. As I live abroad I tend to do this every year. The order arrived on time, but instead of tulips, they delivered a plant which looked like it was worth about 1/10th of what I paid. Ordered Mother's Day flowers a full 2 weeks before the date and they never arrived leaving a disappointed mum on her special day. I live the other end of the country so like to send a good bouquet every year. Decided to try Flying Flowers but will never use again and wouldn't dream of recommending and potentially ruining someone else's mum's Mother's Day. This was NOT a suitable resolution - my mum didn't get her flowers!!

What happened was you'd had my money for 2 weeks, didn't fulfill your side of the contract so I was legally entitled to my money back!!

Judging by the comments on review sites and social media, I was not alone with this so called service, and I just hope nobody else is fooled by your adverts in future.

The plant arrived without any card, sometimes the card and the message it carries is the cherry on top so that was disappointing. Then we saw they were some bulbs in soil in a pot....so no flowers as well?! I went to check and it does say in writing that they arrive in bulb form but we all expected to receive what was photographed. Please accept our sincere apologies that your flowers where not delivered to your intended recipient and this will be investigated with our courier partner, as my colleague has advised refunds can take 3 - 5 working days, refunds are processed here on the day and are with card/bank provider

Ordered a LARGE LUXURY bouquet of roses and freesia to be delivered for mothers day. Today they arrived and I was embarrassed when my mum opened them.
