Good Points: Arrived on time.
Bad Points: Valentine's EXPENSIVE red roses lasted just 3 days.Rubbish 'customer service'.
General comments: They sent me TWO payment demand letters for non-existent orders; their website kept crashing so I gave up & ordered by phone, but they were saying I owed for the 2 'crashed' orders!Have emailed them 4 times & they haven't replied to me.Customer service = nil

My grandson sent these for my birthday 14th March. A mixture of fresias and roses. On arrival 3 fresias had broken stalks although they were well packed. The white roses started to go brown on day 2 and by day 3 two of them were dead. This is day 6 and only 2 stems are fit to remain in the vase. I did follow the instructions!

These orchids were sent to me at Christmas as a present.
I followed the enclosed instructions but was very disappointed with the lasting quality of the flowers.

I placed an order in Nov for a Christmas delivery. On 12th Dec one of my recipients died on the 13th Dec. I rang FF asking for them to be re-directed. I was told this was not possible as they had already been dispatched (this was supposed to be between 17th & 24th).
The flowers were not received at the first address until the 21st Dec. they were redirected from there and have never been received (what state would they be in anyway? Even from the 13th to the 21st what state would they be in?)

This is a firm who cannot communicate. We would never use them until they change their policy and interpret the data protection act correctly.

Although was able to get through to them quickly on the telephone and received an offer of replacement flowers or refund - I would not recommend or ever use flyingflowers.com again

I am a little upset with this online florist, and concerned that damaged flowers have been sent out before and I haven't got to hear about it. On reflection, if someone had sent me flowers from Flying Flowers, I doubt very much whether I would have said anything more than thank you, and they are lovely.

I have sent Flying Flowers once in the UK, very easy online service and nice flowers, no problem. Sent to USA for anniversary gift and were not delivered on specified date, apparently the operator had entered a later date in error for my order. However... I must say I phoned and subsequently emailed and the customer service was excellent, the lady who emailed me back was extremely apologetc and explained that she could not now bring the date forward at all, from the wrong one, as the whole pr ...

This is the florist I use to deliver to locations in the UK for birthdays & anniversaries. I choose flying flowers because the quality is good every time, and I am guaranteed the same quality no matter where in the UK they are delivered (Interflora in the past has been a bit patchy).
The bouquets have been delivered when I have asked for them to be delivered, with good quality of flowers.
