Bad Points: Customer service, no reply to my calls or emails, did not give me an explanation.
General comments: Purchased a Babolat junior racket for my son from www.tennisnuts.com (£79 with delivery)
Within three weeks the racket cracked down one side. my son only used it 6 times, and I am sure he did not hit anything or the ground with it. sent it back to tennis nuts. heard nothing for 5 weeks until I called them. they informed me that it is not going to be replaced, but cant seem to tell me why, promised to call back with a full explanation. I have had no replies to my 4 emails as of yet. Not recommended.

Poor trainers which my son went through in 6 weeks. (Age 12 and 8 stone with mens size 9.5 feet) Rude customer service, reluctance to give names etc. Refusal of refund or replacement. Diabolical.Will be passing the word around of my experience.

I bought a mens size 9.5 for my 12 year old 8 stone 3 son, which lasted 6 weeks. They actually had a hole in the sole. I complained to Tennisnuts and sent the trainers back saying they were inadequate for the job. The people on the phone were unhelpful and unfriendly, and they refused a replacement and considered £6.50 per wear for a 12 year old as reasonable. I pointed out that if a light twelve year old went through them this quickly, what would a man do? The guy said that weight wouldn' ...

I poned Tennisnuts to place an order. I was looking for a racket to suit my club level game...and spoke to a guy who was very helpful, and he guided me towards a Babolat Aeropro racket, which he said had a nice weight and feel to it. I was after a racket which provided control and power, so I was looking for something in between. I received the racket the next day, and I absolutely loved it! From the aesthetics to the playability of the racket. Highly recommended.

Tennis Nuts web site and shop is an excellent place to shop for anything to do with tennis. They have got everything that you could ever want to do with tennis. When I ordered my product they were received very quickly without any problems what so ever. I would recommend this site to all tennis players.

When purchasing my products I was pleased by the quick delivery albeit at a highly unfair delivery charge. The happiness ended there. When I received products that I had not ordered I telephoned the store to explain my problem. The customer services agent didn't want to know about the problem and told me that I would be responsible (again) for delivery charges of an item that they incorrectly sent out.
