    Bought a Sony digital camera but could not locate the right memory sticks in Derby. Even the Sony centre was out of stock.

    Found digitalmediastore on the net. Ordered two sticks early Sunday.
    They were delivered Wednesday lunch time in secure padded envelopes.
    I could use the camera at last.

    Best of all: The high street catalogue offers them at £34 29 each but
    digitalmediastore priced them at a mere £14 73 each including postage and packing.

    A very easy to use website. The items I required were in stock & they arrived speedily & well packaged. I am extremely pleased with the service & will be using them again & will certainly be recommending to family & friends. A1+++

    Excellent service, could not ask for better, even when I messed up and ordered the wrong item, they emailed to confirm received the goods back and did the refund. No hassle service, customer service is excellent and communication is excellent

    Will use again definately, A1+ service

    I would strongly recommend this online retailer. Easy to use, good value for money, prompt delivery. What set them apart however was that when I asked questions about my order I received a prompt and knowledgeable reply, I then asked a question about another separate item that I hadn't yet even yet bought and again received an excellent helpful response. This exceeded my expectations and I give them top marks for customer service.

    Continual battery problems. After using 2 compatible replacement batteries purchased from this store for my Lumix camera the camera kept shutting down even when the batteries had plenty of charge left. The battery terminals were excessively worn making the contacts poor, thus the charging signal was degraded. After having the camera fixed twice with no fault found, I stumbled across the answer as the camera always shut down just after indicating low battery. Digital Media Store saw the photo ...

    The product was only a video camera battery. What was excellent was the speed of the Digital Media Store service. The order was placed on Tuesday and delivery by first class post which was free to me was early Thursday.Beat that !

    Digital Media Store is a very easy web site to follow. I ordered a battery for our digital camera on Friday mid-morning and it arrived on my doorsteop 8.00am Saturday, with no post & packing to pay for. Excellent service.

    Dealing with Digital Media Store for the first time, I got the distinct impression that they put the customer first. Not only a fast service, but the goods were well packaged also.

    Have just used Digital Media Store for the first time, it must be one of the best I have used. I ordered products Tuesday and it arrived by post the following morning, well done for excellent customer service, highly recommended.

    I ordered an item for my Canon 450D which upon application proved to be faulty. I emailed DigitalMediaStore who attempted to contact me by phone (I had caught an extra key when I input my info so phone number was incorrect). Instead of giving up they emailed and I provided correct details. They immediately contacted me and resolved the matter instantly with a new item being dispatched straight away.
    It is the first time I have used this company but it won't be the last.

    I ordered a panasonic replacement battery for the sd9 high-def camcorder.
    First of all i placed order at 1am friday morning and arrived one day later on saturday morning !! Very impressive delivery times indeed !!
    secondly i stupidly didnt follow instructions to place blanking plug on dc socket so i had e-mailed them for to send the battery back thinking it wasnt working and they replied within minutes of the e-mail by which time i had realised my mistake but hey what a great response time from ...

    Part I ordered from Digital Media Store wasn't the correct one, due to the camera having a completely different battery than expected. Explained to them and they really went out of their way to sort it for me. New part sent within a day working fine now. Really good customer service, would highly recommend to anyone and great value for money

    Just nice to know that people are still helpful out there. Cheers to everyone at Digital Media.

    I have placed two orders with this company and on both occasions have been really, really pleased with the service. Regular emails were received giving the orders progress and the delivery was an example of how it should be done. The prices appear competitive. I haven't had to return goods so cannot comment on that aspect.

    Excellent customer service from Digital Media Store. Needed to know about a suitable replacement camera battery and they advised me quickly and well. The order arrived within a day, as promised on their web site. Excellent first order from these guys. Would buy from again.

    They were very helpful to a new broadband subscriber with virtually no experience of buying that way. They led me through the process step by step.

    The purchase, delivered by 1st Class Post, arrived on Tuesday morning from a weekend order. 1st Class service. They even took the trouble to explain to me the various details of Li-ion batteries.

    It took only 42 hours for me to receive my order of some camera batteries and an SD card. Fantastic! Order confirmation and tracking was also very good.I wrote to them straight away to thank them, and received a really nice email in return, telling me how much they appreciated it. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

    Part of my order with Digital Media Store was temporarily out of stock. I was informed of this immediately and offered cancellation or alteration. I expressed my need for the component for a particular day. I was fully informed of the progress of my order at every step and the item was duly delivered, well in time, as customer services predicted.

    Outstanding service for these modern times.
