what a fantastic holiday, apartments very clean and spacious, food plentiful and great selections for all, complex wonderful with such alot to do in the day, evening and night, we would recommend this holiday to everyone we could, the only thing that we could fault was the cats in the main dining halls at each meal time which was very unhygenic and should be addressed. I just went to the Pegasos Hotel in september and i have to tell you i was very sad to leave. The whole 2 weeks were amazing, the waiting staff couldn't do enough for you, the food was delicious and unique everyday. They had something for everyone ranging from young toddlers, to the elderly. The resort was beautiful and there was too much to do within two weeks, the pools were refreshing through the day and there was plenty of them. Accommodation at pegasos palace hotel: we were told that all villas/'family den' rooms were already taken when we booked the holiday, so were surprised to speak to other families that had secured such accommodation when booking much later than we did! We are a family of five and had to make do with a very small room with little space other than that taken up by the beds.

Customer Service: all Turkish staff were very polite and patient - quite the reverse of many rude British holidaymakers,... (read more)

For a family orientated holiday, Turkey Village Sarigerme could not be faulted. No time to be bored, but, the poolside entertainers took no for an answer and were never too "in your face".

Very clean. Staff friendly. Maid service good. Great for kids. Mozzies rife. Beach not brilliant. Nearest village a good walk away which resembles a shanti town. Excursion were good value for the money, especially the jeep safari. Plenty of choice of pools. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food got a bit monotonous, same thing most days with a slight variation. Choice of alcohol on the all inclusive not varied enough (no cocktail menu, no rum available had to pay for it!). Not enough for older teenagers to do in the evening. Pools not open till late enough shut on the dot at 7. Generally an ok holiday but wouldn't visit a holiday village again. (read more)

Nice holiday, but wouldn't return. Food was just bearable after 14 days. Hotel Doctor charged £45 just to see the patient.
Too many people there, too many noisy children, the eating times were manic, would definitely go self catering next time as a lot more refined eating out, however you do get value for money if thats what is top of your list.
Could have done with a bit more entertainment after 10:30 as that is when the shows generally stopped. (read more)

Overall I enjoyed my holiday, hotel and facilities were good, reps were very chatty, as well as kids club staff apart from a few. My daughter went the first day and cried for the full session then when I collected her they were abrupt and not very pleasant. I feel that they could have dealt with it better and instead of what I thought was an attitude they could have tried building her confidence a bit to enable her to join in, but this didn't happen so she never attended any sessions for the... Brilliant from the moment we took off to the moment we arrived home. We go abroad 4 times a year and have done for the past 6 years and this is by far the best all inclusive resort we have been to! We have never been to the same place twice but there is so much to do and you can visit most places in that region of turkey like Marmaeis or Fethiye for about £2! I loved this holiday as everything you needed was laid on for you and either free or very cheap. However, if I had stayed for two weeks I would have found the entertainment a bit tiresome as it was the same group of entertainers in various guises night after night. However, they do have different acts flown in and the comedy hypnotist was great.

The Pegasos Palace Hotel in Sarigerme, Turkey doesn't need much to make it special. First of all, if they would have entertainment inside; they have plenty of space. If you have children under 10, there is plenty for them to do with kids clubs and so on. There are a wide range of pools and places to eat and drink, and the rooms were very clean.

You will need to enjoy queuing at Pegasos Palace Hotel whether it is for food, drinks, complaints, or medical attention (many people having toxic shock from mosquito bites, ear infections and stomach bugs). The 'swamp hotel' or Pegasos Palace as first choice would prefer to call it, was apparently recently built in an isolated area of swampland. This hotel has an unpleasant dirty beach, which is unsuitable for most, particularly children.

The complex itself is great. Pegasos Palace Hotel bedrooms, food and entertainment definitely not 4 star more of a 2 star. First Choice reps are not interested with any of your problems and are only interested in selling excursions and signing children up for the extras we parents have to pay for.
