I just went to the Pegasos Hotel in september and i have to tell you i was very sad to leave. The whole 2 weeks were amazing, the waiting staff couldn't do enough for you, the food was delicious and unique everyday. They had something for everyone ranging from young toddlers, to the elderly. The resort was beautiful and there was too much to do within two weeks, the pools were refreshing through the day and there was plenty of them. They also arranged day trips to places like Fetiye and dalyan which i have to say were amazing. There were also alot of rumours about food poisoning on the resort, but i can tell you there was nothing there that i did not eat and i came back fine. I don't know anyone who has been there and had a bad review to say about it i can see no fault in how it's run and how they break there backs trying to make sure we are ok. I highly recommend anyone to have there next holiday here, and i will certainly be coming back some time in the future.

We stayed at this hotel and booked through First Choice. We had the worst 2 weeks ever. One by one we all had upset stomachs which ruined the whole holiday. We thought the entertainment was ok but reps were more interested in themselves than us. We felt like we were in butlins and couldnt wait to leave.

Accommodation at pegasos palace hotel: we were told that all villas/'family den' rooms were already taken when we booked the holiday, so were surprised to speak to other families that had secured such accommodation when booking much later than we did! We are a family of five and had to make do with a very small room with little space other than that taken up by the beds.

Customer Service: all Turkish staff were very polite and patient - quite the reverse of many rude British holidaymakers, una ...

First choice trips very expensive compared to Basket Tours in the village, Basket tour guide is fantastic and makes the boat trip even more enjoyable if that is at all possible.

    Food
Very clean rooms and well maintained hotel and grounds
Staff very friendly and not pushy
Holiday OK but would not go again as Mossy's are a real problem you have to spray yourself at least 3 times a day. They even buzz around you as you eat.I have been to Turkey many many times and have never seen so many.Every one ...

Overall I would recommend this holiday especially for familys and the Pegasos Palace Hotel. You could do as little as you like or as much as you like. The weather was amazing when we were there so we just sat out by the pool all day it was so relaxing. Well worth the money.

For a family orientated holiday, Turkey Village Sarigerme could not be faulted. No time to be bored, but, the poolside entertainers took no for an answer and were never too "in your face".
Do not take euros and don't change money through reception, their rate of exchange does not compare with that of the shops within the complex.

I like the slides and all of the pools. The food was not that nice and there was the same thing every day, the entertainment was not really good because it was all for the young children. Very clean in the rooms. I would not recommend

Most of the reps were friendly and smiled as you passed them but not as friendly as other places we have visited. Not a lot going on around the pool other then adult quiz's or adult water polo. Hasn't put us off visiting another holiday village but maybe not this one again. Take plenty of money, onsite supermarket and shops very expensive. 12Lire for a bottle of shampoo (no Joke).

Very clean. Staff friendly. Maid service good. Great for kids. Mozzies rife. Beach not brilliant. Nearest village a good walk away which resembles a shanti town. Got bitten by mozzies over a hundred times, very sore. Would not go backOK if you drink loads of vinegar before you fly to put off the mozzies. Always wanted to do an all inclusive holiday but not as expected

It was for all the family. I don't think there was any bad point. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and have recommended it to other people.

When we visited the Pegasos Palace Hotel, you could walk about the resort you could be anywhere, the grounds are very well kept. For the amount of guests using the hotel, its first class. The preparation of the food is first class . There is always something there for you. The kids menu needs to be overhauled though.

Excursion were good value for the money, especially the jeep safari. Plenty of choice of pools. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food got a bit monotonous, same thing most days with a slight variation. Choice of alcohol on the all inclusive not varied enough (no cocktail menu, no rum available had to pay for it!). Not enough for older teenagers to do in the evening. Pools not open till late enough shut on the dot at 7. Generally an ok holiday but wouldn't visit a holiday village again.

Nice holiday, but wouldn't return. Food was just bearable after 14 days.
Hotel Doctor charged £45 just to see the patient.
Too many people there, too many noisy children, the eating times were manic, would definitely go self catering next time as a lot more refined eating out, however you do get value for money if thats what is top of your list.
Could have done with a bit more entertainment after 10:30 as that is when the shows generally stopped.
