Good Points: Fast, efficient and friendly

General comments: I sent my CV to Phoenix Way in application for a job on a Tuesday. I did this rather reluctantly, since, in my experience, jobs advertised by some recruitment agencies are not real jobs, but generic to get you registered. This ends up a complete waste of time that you can ill-afford when you have to keep taking time off work to attend their interviews.

I was contacted by a consultant after only a couple of hours. She invited me into the office on Wednesday. Because of one thing and another I couldn't attend, and so went on Thursday, by which time the company had already indicated that they wanted to interview me on Friday. I saw them on Thursday, was interviewed Friday at 9am, left the interview at 10.30 am and was offered the job at 10.40 am.

The Consultant was on my back constantly, but not in a horrible way. She gave me courtesy phone calls, made sure I was on time, ensured I knew my stuff and had done my research and even though I knew she needed to make sure she made a placement to get her fee, she sounded sincere at all stages.

This service is fantastic, applied Tuesday, new job by Friday!!!!!

A very good Manchester agency. I registered with Phoenix Way before I left my previous job. They kept in constant contact with me, with regards to my situation, and often put me forward for temporary and permanent work.

One day they phoned to say that there was a position in my home village, looking for the position I was after. They phoned to tell me about this at 10am, I went for the interview at 4pm, and at 5.15pm I was offered the position. It could not have been easier. Phoenix Way ...
