    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Staff, communication


    General comments: Having attended an interview arranged through Brighter Prospects in Manchester, I was offered the job and told I could start work the following week. However in their infinite wisdom, Brighter Prospects did not seem to agree with this, and continued to send candidates for the vacancy (which I had just been offered), and in conclusion offered the vacancy to someone else, apparently leaving me high and dry!
    If this wasn't bad enough, I did not receive any contact to tell me of this development, I had to contact them myself after many MANY attempts to speak to a consultant.
    When I complained, I received an email, and not much else.

    i know they only work as an agency so they are not oblidged to find me a job but i would have appreaciated it if they had told me we will do our best instead of suggesting a time limit.

    Brighter Prospects brighterprospects.net - Having walked out of a previous role, I went into Manchester to register with this agency, as they had a very good reputation. On arrival, the staff all greeted me pleasantly, and asked me to fill in the necessary forms. I was registering for permanent and temporary work.

    Once the forms were filled in, I then had a chat with the permanent person who went through various details, and then I had a chat with the person who dealt with the temp position ...
