We booked a trip to the Atlantis hotel in Dubai in September and we just returned.

We came across Dreamticket in the Sunday Times and we were completely satisfied, and our experience of Dreamticket was professional and better than expected.

We spent just over £8000 and Dream gave us a price almost 10% below some of the others (>£800)! It all went like it should have: we booked, paid a deposit, paid the balance, received teh documents, went on our trip and came back without any worries or hassle.

We will be using them again (actually we already have booked Thailand for Easter!).

We booked our holiday to the 'sugar beach hotel' in Mauritius in July 09 for our holiday in October 09 from which we have just returned.

At the time we were researching, I saw that there were a few 'horror' reviews. However, from our point of view our experience of DreamTicket was completely hassle free and professional throughout.

The cost of our holiday was £6000 and everything occurred as it should have, we paid the initial deposit at the time of booking and paid the balance at the st ...

It appears that none of the holidays advertised on the Dreamticket.com website are actually available! I have so far requested details for seven different trips and each time the answer comes that the holiday is no longer available and the alternative offered is at least £500 more expensive.

Both misleading and annoying - I won't be using them.

Booked a last minute break to Oman through dreamticket; found them helpful on the phone, and efficient. No problems. Good providing you know what you're looking for. Website annoying in that it showed offers which were no longer available.

Booked 5 day stay in Dubai at 1pm and flew same day at 9pm. Excellent service, Dreamticket staff were brilliant. Had all our tickets, details, transfers everything emailed to us within 2 hours. The hotel they booked us in was fabulous and there was someone guiding us and waiting for us when we landed. Definitely use them again and recommend them.

My fiance and I had booked our honeymoon to Mauritius in October. The hotel looked fantastic and we were advised that this would be the best resort to stay in for diving and relaxation. When I came to pay the balance staff told me that the hotel and resort (Movenpick near Bel Ombre) is not the best and we should stay some where diferent, when I asked why he was now saying this, he said we would have to pay and extra £318 because of inflation but could not give us a breakdown of the costi ...

Good price for a holiday to Dubai, decent hotel, good customer service. I dealt with the same two people on the phone as that is how I booked the holiday, they were very helpful. No problem with transfer from Abu Dabi airport to Dubai. Food in the hotel a bit disappointing. I had no problems at all and have recommended Dreamticket to others

We booked a holiday to Mauritius for one week. They didn't send tickets until last minute and did not include one for our child. We had to pay for a new ticket. Over a month later we still have not got a response and our out of pocket by an additional £200

Disgusting customer service, I would advise you never to use Dreamticket, firstly the prices will be far more expensive when you ring up to what is stated online! They then basically tell you everything is available, confirm, take all the details and deposit, then will not return your calls for days. When finally you get hold of them, after approximately one week, you will then find out the rooms are not available and they can only offer you something that will be £200 per person more! Abs ...

I booked a holiday to Thailand with Dreamticket and they were fine. I had one reservation contact from start to finish, which made the process a lot smoother and they managed to get me a great deal. I've booked with some online companies before that make you feel like 'just another number' but these guys were always on hand and ready to help. I'd recommend them!

All I can say is that I am happy with Dream Ticket. Bought a holiday to Maldives and Mauritius and couldnt find any real faults. Service was good, prices were good and for once I was happy with what I bought!

We had booked a trip to the Maldives through this agent, under their web site "dreammaldives.co.uk".
We paid 100% of the cost on the day of booking, even though our departure date was over five months away.
A week later, they called us to tell us we would have to pay an extra £150 per person as transfers were not included - even though our invoice specifically said 'flights and transfers'.
After calling them with the information that Maldives transfers cost about £50 maximum they ...
