This is the worst company I have ever spoken to in my life. This is also the first time I have writen a review about a company online. This shows how much I hate this company. Firstly our voucher went out of date by 15 days. When trying to re claim the vouch we were told that this wouldnt be posible. This is fair enough however I then tried to re book through them and spoke to their moronic call center, who sounded like they couldnt care less about booking it for me. They couldnt even get it together to book my experence. I asked them to call me back and never got a call back from then even though I was willing to spend £350. Honestly worst company I have ever spoken to. What a badly managed buisness. Hopefully it will go bancrupt soon so that they cant upset anyone else!!

I recieved a £250 gift voucher through work and decided to spend £75 of it on a luxury hamper for my sister. I was unable to register my voucher and order my gift on the website as it wasn't working correctly. I phoned the call centre and ordered the gift along with giving the delivery address and a specific instruction to leave it in the porch by the back door. The operative i spoke with sounded as if he couldn't actually be bothered with taking my order and i put the phone down thi ...- Read Guest's review (200 words)

My husband and his brother were given Red Letter Days vouchers for £500 each for Christmas and a 40th birthday in hopes that they could do something fun together. They received the vouchers on Boxing Day 2008.
As we live in the US, it was perhaps not the best thought out gift but both brothers had every intention of using the voucher and we were told we had 9 months to book. Finally, as we were planning a European holiday, we looked at the voucher to find out how to book only to discov ...- Read Guest's review (282 words)

Tried to book flying lesson on the Red Letter Days site. Site keeps on crashing and gives number to ring but only available office hours. And these people think I'm going to wait around and then give them hundreds of pounds of my money with rubbish service like that?!?- Read Guest's review (50 words)

Overpriced experiences that come in voucher form that expire. If you are unlucky enough to be bought one of these as a gift- make sure the person who bought you it keeps a receipt as they will use this as a way to steal money off you.
Any trick they can use to not honour their vouchers, they will use.
I have now had 2 friends whose vouchers were said to have gone missing in the post. That's 2 independent vouchers - does that sound suspicious to you?- Read stuartthom's review (130 words and 1 comment)

My initial Red Letter Days was a prize won at work. I decided to go on the London Weekend break with my girlfriend. The first problem that we encountered is that at the hotel the check in staff did not know what to do with the Voucher! After 30 minutes of Explaining about Red Letter Days and a phone call to the hotel manager we were finally allowed to stay. Other than this the only problem we had is that we found out that it would of been cheaper to book the hotel direct (obviously this didn ...- Read darrude's review (502 words)

I received a present of a Red Letter Days "yellow" voucher, at a cost of £150, for my birthday in November last year.
Not knowing what "experience" I wanted to do, I put the voucher to one side and set a reminder in my Palm Pilot to book it later. My Palm Pilot stopped working in January so I never saw the reminder. They do not send out a letter or email to say the voucher is about to expire - a huge oversight for something so expensive.
I am a busy person and the expiry date passed ...- Read Salubritas's review (310 words and 2 comments)
