  Good Points: They say that their policies are underwritten by Europe Assistance, and their prices are the lowest I've seen anywhere online.

  Bad Points: You don't get anything in the post - you get your policy documents and certificate by email. They seem to want to do everything online as quick as possible.

  General comments: TopDog is a new brand I've never seen before. And price seems to be their way of attracting customers. I'm 28 and I paid £5 for a weekend trip to France, and that premium included baggage cover too.
