Good Points: None.
Bad Points: Everything.
General comments: I made a valid claim for lost luggage with all supporting paperwork, however the assessor knocked off 3 x excesses on one piece of luggage, as there was the odd item of my husband and son.

Everything was great UNTIL I attempted to make a valid claim. I have never been so disappointed. Sometimes they seem to have used a woolly and vague explanation which I struggle to make sense of.

Top Dog Travel Insurance is not the cheapest but only by a few pounds but for your few pounds the excess is only £50 compared to £150- £200 with there rivals. The deal I got was great value 2 adults under 45 and 2 kids aged 8 and 10. Worldwide Annual cover for £43.50 for the whole family. Like I said I could have paid £39.37 with a rival but excess was £200 and with 2 young kids a bump on the head is likely. So Florida for 3 weeks at Xmas then maybe Spain ...

TopDog is a new brand I've never seen before. And price seems to be their way of attracting customers. I'm 28 and I paid £5 for a weekend trip to France, and that premium included baggage cover too.
