    Good Points: Inexpensive


    General comments: Drum gave error message eary and unit needed to be reset. Had to call for help. The directions did not warn of exposing drum to light would cause other future prints to be faded or streaked Then new drum were about same price as a new unit.
    Parts costly unit not as fast as it says and noise is distraction. Dont recommend the Brother HL-2700CN printer.

    When searching for a colour laser printer, its difficult to know which one to go for that's why I find reviews useful. We settled on the Brother HL-2700CN as we have other Brother products in the company which are all reliable.

    The colour laser however, was a bit of a let down. The cluncking noises are really off-putting, but the manufacturer assures me its normal. There is also no manual feed tray which we had previously on the Xerox Phaser.
