    When I bought my phone from the company, I was very impressed with my deal. However I had to wait around 3 weeks for my phone to be delivered due to lack of stock, and they were very unhelpful about giving me an approximate date of arrival.

    Also, I recently applied for one of my half-price line rentals incorrectly, and was informed of this in a very patronising and arrogant email.

    In summary: Good deals on phones, very very poor customer service!

    I ordered the Nokia 6600i slide on O2 with a free PS3 250gb as I was with 3 network and the reception was awful!

    I read a few reviews and was a little bit nervous about recieving the free gift as i had to send a voucher off to get them. I ordered the Samsung Tocco Lite on T-Mobile with 700 mins and unlimited txts for £30.00 a month... i could have had a cheaper mithly payment with the different gifts but i specifically wanted the WII and Wii fit.
    I placed the order on Thursday Morning and recieved the phone the next day, i loved it. I sent the voucher off with proof of id on Monday and the Wii arrive ...

    I'll begin by saying that this company offered me fantastic value on my Orange upgrade compared to what the carrier offered me themselves. They called my up about some incorrect details I'd entered and told me the phone would be on my doorstep the next day - and so it was.

    No problems at all - although I didn't take one of those 'free' gift offers. There's £15 of automatic cashback (stay away from the 'by redemption' offers) that I'm in line to receive, too.

    Buymobilephone.net looks like a great company and has great deals but unfortunatly for me a rec'ed a faulty handset, I followed there instruction sent the item back with a letter and problem code number provided by the contractor and cancelled the contract within the 7 days policy. Now the item was sent special delivery and all buymobilbephone.net needed to do is scan the item so it cancels my contract, but nooo im still on contract with no phone to sim and paying a line rental.     Terrible company, i just ordered a new phone on contract. No free gifts no cashback etc, should have been simple yeah. No. Phone lost, they have no idea where it is and no tracking numbers for courier, don't use these bandits!

    Telephoned Buymobilephones.net on Wednesday. I received excellent impartial advice. Ordered my phone and chose my free gift, a Sony camcorder.
    My phone arrived the following day, Thursday, with instructions on how to claim my free gift. I sent the required claim form together with the required proof of signature and address by special delivery.
    The next day, Friday I received an email informing me that my camcorder would be with me in three to four working days.

    FANTASTIC SITE HAVE USED I 3 TIMES IN A YEAR AND EVERYTHING IS GREAT ! GIFTS COME WITHIN A WEEK OF SENDING OFF I.D AND NO HASSLE. CONTRACTS ARE VERY REASONABLE (NO DEARER THAN THE MOBILE PHONES OWN CONTRACTS)

    Absolutely fantastic, received my mobile phone 2 working days after placed order, then sent voucher off to receive free gift. Free Gift received 1 week after mobile phone received. Would definately recommend....and have done so to family and friends.

    Ordered a blackberry curve 8520 with free PS3 Slim 120gb through buymobilephones.net and could not have been happier with their service.

    I ordered on a Sunday and they phone was delivered on the Wednesday by Royal Mail. I sent off the voucher with a copy of my passport and driving license (as stated on their T&Cs) sent this special delivery on the Wednesday and I received my PS3 on the Friday.

    i had a 12 month line rental discount contract with these ppl. i had to claim the discount by sending vouchers off along with my bills. it takes a long time(45 days) 4 them to put the money into ur account but thats it what says in their t&c.

    this the third time i had done shopping with them and they are fantastic. Everytime they had a best deal aroud. I was looking for orange contract for more minutes and nice phone. They gave me 600 min and 500 text unlimited landline for 25. Same contract on orange was 35. Got the phone I want. Perftect. I will definately buy from them next time

    After you will receive your phone, and please allow as much time as you can, you will be hit by the surprise that in order to get your free gift you will have to send your voucher and a very big number of paperwork, such as bank statement, passport, driving licence, photocopies of your credit card etc.

    I have been told by Buy Mobile Phones when I ordered my phone with a ps3 slim that all items were in stock, my claim was Ok'd on the 23Rd Sept and i am still waiting for stock.
