    JUST SOME ADVICE TO EVERYONE HAVING ISSUES CLAIMING CASHBACK, IF FOR ANY REASON APART FROM YOU WERE LATE POSTING YOUR CLAIM, SO MAKE SURE YOU SEND IT RECORDED DELIVERY OR BETTER STILL SPECIAL DELIVERY, THEN YOU CAN CHECK THE DATE THEY RECEIVED YOUR CLAIM VIA THE TRACKING, IF THEY STILL DONT GIVE YOU YOUR CASHBACK CONTACT THEM IN WRITING STATING THAT IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR CASHBACK, YOU WILL CANCEL THE CONTRACT AS THEY HAVE BREACHED THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT THEY HAVE WITH YOU... WORKS EVERY TIME.

    Ordered a blackberry curve 8520 with free PS3 Slim 120gb through buymobilephones.net and could not have been happier with their service.

    I ordered on a Sunday and they phone was delivered on the Wednesday by Royal Mail. I sent off the voucher with a copy of my passport and driving license (as stated on their T&Cs) sent this special delivery on the Wednesday and I received my PS3 on the Friday.

    i had a 12 month line rental discount contract with these ppl. i had to claim the discount by sending vouchers off along with my bills. it takes a long time(45 days) 4 them to put the money into ur account but thats it what says in their t&c.

    this the third time i had done shopping with them and they are fantastic. Everytime they had a best deal aroud. I was looking for orange contract for more minutes and nice phone. They gave me 600 min and 500 text unlimited landline for 25. Same contract on orange was 35. Got the phone I want. Perftect. I will definately buy from them next time

    After you will receive your phone, and please allow as much time as you can, you will be hit by the surprise that in order to get your free gift you will have to send your voucher and a very big number of paperwork, such as bank statement, passport, driving licence, photocopies of your credit card etc.

    Hello i found this site https://www.buymobilephones.net/ very good and easy to use last night (12.10.2009)i took out a nokia mobile phone contract the phone was free to buy it it would have cost £275.00 but it also came with a free laptop i got the email saying the goods have beed dispached today at 1300 hours and i am now waiting for them the laptop is worth £423.00 and the contract is £25.00 per month for 1 year aka 12 months all in thats £698.00 but paying the contract ...

    I have been told by Buy Mobile Phones when I ordered my phone with a ps3 slim that all items were in stock, my claim was Ok'd on the 23Rd Sept and i am still waiting for stock.

    I ordered a phone from buymobilephones.net. I got the phone I wanted and the contract I wanted, I paid £80 for the phone, I think had I gone elsewhere I could have got it for free, but I wanted the gift, a 32" lcd tv.

    Ordered a new Nokia on 24th Sept from Buy Mobile Phones - the guy on the phone confirmed that "they had loads of PS3's in stock" - his words.
    Phone arrived Fri 25th.
    Claim voucher and ID sent back Mon 28th.
    Called today (29th) claim received ok.

    However, 2 minutes later email received saying PS3 out of stock. What can happen in 3 working days so that they are out of stock. Most people will be waiting for the PS3 Slim so can't understand why they are out of stock so quickly. Dissapointing!

    Ordered a Sony C510 phone on an 18 month contract with a free PS3 slim.
    AFTER ordering noticed that to get the PS3 you have to send off a claim voucher with proof of address and signature. Rubbish really as www.mobiles.co.uk send the free gifts with the phones next day.
    Anyway, had everything I needed so sent it off recorded delivery straight away.
    Buy Mobile Phones website updated to say they received my claim OK, nothing else.

    I got a Samsung Toco Lite phone with a Samsung BluRay player as my free gift.     I have used buymobilephones.net 3 times and every time they have delivered with no messing, I would recommend them to everyone, when signing up you get your free gifts within days. On one accasion I had to wait a week but was kept informed all the way.

    While I was waiting for my T-Mobile contract to end, I searched in the shops and internet looking for the best deal. I had read terrible reviews about some internet companies, also the shops tried their best at putting them down as well. I saw a deal at buymobilehones.net for a samsung s6500 with orange, 200 talktime mins, unlimited texts and a wii & wii sports (the handset was £9.99), for £20 per mth, 24 mth contract.     Free LG 42" plasma from Buy Mobile Phones, I was doubtful but here I am watching it, brilliant. On the downside the TV was out of stock but waited 3 weeks and it arrived at the door. Customer service was the same as anywhere else, busy at times but email response was quick and informative. Really can't complain, phone arrived next day as promised and TV was delivered as soon as available, FANTASTIC!

    Having searched around for a few months waiting for my current O2 contract to expire I was unsure which of these online phone providers to go for as some have good and bad reviews. Buymobilephones seem to be the only one with more good than bad.
