On the 2nd January I made the worst mistake of my life taking a contract with this company ,there was a £30 pound cash back which was ment to be instant then reading the contract it said id have to wait up to 90 days for the money ,after waiting 100 days I became suspicious of that they would not pay me so I rang them they said id get the money on the 23rd April so I waited for the 23rd ,23rd came no money by this time I was getting very angry with this horrible company started to ring them... Both myself and my wife had a new phone each on T mobile two years ago, the process was quick and easy, no hassle at all. So obviously at upgrade time we went down the same route. Once again we found it very straight forward, new phones delivered next day as promised. It is worthy of note that if you are due an upgrade from T mobile they will tell you more than a month in advance. However Buymobiles wont be able to do so until the one month before date arrives. I think it's unfair to give poor marks to this company when your problems seem to be mainly with the carrier. It is unfortunate that you have had a problem, but surely your gripe should be with the carrier, and not the phone company.
