    I experienced poor customer service. Delivered wrong items, kept me on hold for 35 minutes. Provided an email address that responds with an automatic email stating that you will not get a reply to your email. Did not process return when stated, kept me on hold for another 40 minutes when I was forced to call them for a second time. I received seemingly unapologetic rude customer service when I finally did get to speak to someone.

    Wallis has an excellent range of work wear, and good going out gear for all occassions. Some items can be a little pricey, but the quality is good, and then do last.
