Good Points: The rubberised handle felt nice in the hand, and facilitated its handling. That's important for its function, and a big reason why I bought it.

Bad Points: It worked for, oh, two weeks. Then it started losing power, surging and fading on the high setting, surging and fading on the low setting, depending on how I held it. Then, after a month, it just appeared to die.

General comments: I expected the Revlon 1875 Watt Stylist Turbo Hair Dryer to last longer than two months, particularly since I left it home for three weeks while travelling and did not use it. Thus, I only used this appliance for five weeks.

Prior to using the hairdryer, as I was checking out its modest features, I tried removing the end cap as recommended for cleaning. Almost impossible. In fact, a small plastic tab broke the first time. So much for "easy cleaning." The hairdryer broke before I ever plugged it in! I would not recommend.

This is a fairly nice product, with three different intensity settings, and the ability to blow hot and cold air. The problems are that even at its highest, it doesn't blow that strongly, especially after a while of use. Also, the little words that say like "low, medium, high, etc" come off quite easily, and I often get confused between which is hot and which is cold because of it.
