Good Points: Cheap to buy, very cheap to run practical hatchback.
Bad Points: There are hundreds of them about so you look the same as everyone else.
General comments: The diesel engine Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCi 130 LX 6 speed family car is a beautiful drive. I get 50 to 60 mpg all the time. Its quick enough as well.
Don't bother with anything above LX trim as all you get is better (debatable) trim levels like a bit of metal in the dash instead of plastic, alloys etc. i.e not worth the extra.
I paid £9950 for mine, 9 months old, 10,000 miler. It has a CD, criuise control, air con, elect drivers seat etc etc. what more would I want.
