Good Points: Cheap and stylish.
Bad Points: Staff.
General comments: Went to a store in Spain recently and found the staff to be rude, unhelpful with no customer care clearly not given in their training. It was enough to stop be buying anything from the company.

Zara are an international retailer that is Spanish based. The shops are well designed and easy to navigate, and they have a wide range of stores across the UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy and Germany, as well as Spain.
The clothes are stylish to wear and reasonably cheap to buy. The downside is the lack of material given to the clothes, and sometimes the quality isn't that great neither.

Zara is a wonderful shop that has in cheap and expensive clothing. I have brought a lot in Zara whether it be cheap, expensive or in the sale. When they do their sales they knock a lot off the original price. Everything there is well made and the staff are friendly. In most stores there is two or three different floors(women's, children and men's).
