    Useless. No one answerb customer services web form. Refuse refunds or goodwill gestures. Seeking refund from my bank card.

    Definately reccommend HQhair, great service and amazing emails with fab offers saving me £££'s.

    I have been ordering for nearly 2 years and always delivered on time. Their customer service can't do enough, so friendly.

    I tried their Ask Jasmine service for skin care and makeup advice a couple of time and she helped me so much it really changed my life.

    I am surprised by some of the reviews here as I have been using hqhair.com for the last 4 years and have never had a problem... I usually get my order within 24 hours and when something has been out of stock they have kept me up to date. Whenever I have phoned them the customer service people have always given me an answer there and then! I love all the products, they always have new and interesting ones as well as my staples like dermalogica... so I would highly recommend them!

    I was recommended to HQ Hair by a work colleague. I know they have taken the money (almost £100), and I paid for special delivery next day. This was on 31.1.08. I have been given a tracking number, but the goods have not been dispatched yet. I have sent several e-mails and had no response as yet, and their telephone number has been out of order when I have tried to call.

    This has got to be the worst example of service from an on-line company I have ever encountered!

    Ordered from HQhair almost 2 weeks ago now, delivery due to happen within 48 hours which was ideal as a present which needed to get there on time.

    The order has still not been delivered!

    This in itself is bad enough, but it is the horror of the so called customer service which is my biggest complaint and which prompted me to post this!

    I am always wary of using a new company for the first time. However, after my first buy from HQHair, they gained my confidence, and I now shop there all the time for the latest best buys in hair and beauty products. My first order was placed at 5pm and I received my products before 9am the following day! Amazing! I only paid for normal delivery.
