Awful, still waiting for delivery of my pram. Was assured it would arrive on 30/09/09, still waiting a month later, baby is here. Pram isnt. AVOID

Ordered a maxi cosi isofix base on the friday 2 in stock , recieved a phone call on the Monday saying order delayed by a week. Reason for delay was that they had sold the 2 they had in stock over the weekend , so the base i had paid for they have sold again .15 days later still no base or a phone call to explain why .They are not replying to emails . Dont touch with a barge pole pay a bit more and get a good service .

I needed to buy a Babystyle Hollie cot bed (foster child arriving) needed the extra hieght and one hand drop this bed offered for medical reasons. Glasglow Pram Centre offered to locate a bed for me , phoned back promptly, offered a choice of two delivery dates, bed turn up on chosen day.

I can't fault their service on this sale.

I recommend always checking stock levels , I did talk to manufacturer on this sale and they could only offer a wobbly 6 weeks delivery. You need to order from stock ...

Ordered and paid for a cot in July and was promised it would be delivered in 6 weeks. Phoned Glasgow Pram Centre a number of times and keep getting nonsense from their so called customer service manager. Trust me, pay a little extra and go somewhere else, at least it might be delivered!

I am so angry at the Glasgow Pram Centre. Order a Boori single bed with side panels. Paid online. told free delivery on site but got phonecall next day stating that i had to pay £20 extra as Boori do own deliveries. That was fine and I paid it. 3 day later they phoned me to say the side panels are out of stock as "Boori don't make them anymore. " I said ok just do the bed then an got the side panels from "alongcamebaby" delivered within a week. A week later they just send me a mail statin ...

I cannot fault Glasgow Pram Centre in anyway. I ordered a pushchair on Sunday before bank holiday Monday and i received the product on Wednesday.

Having read various other reviews i was worried about this company but they were a pleasure to do business with and i would happily recommed to anyone and use them again.

Ordered a stroller on Tuesday and got phone calls to confirm TWICE that it will be delivered on Thursday. On Thursday morning Glasgow Pram Centre customer service called saying the item is out of stock and will be back in a week. Still can't figure out how they got me confirmation twice the first place. Customer service can't explain either. We ended up paying £35 more for order with other store plus Saturday delivery as we need to use it on Sunday. Will never deal with this store again. W ...

Good advice at point of sale but awful aftersales service. Impossible to get through on the phone; items delayed by several weeks; only partial delivery of items and needed to follow up. A very frustrating experience overall and for a largely online company, the 'back end' of delivery and support really should be much stronger. I would not shop at Glasgow Pram Centre again.

What an absolutely disastrous company! Ok, some of their items may be cheaper than elsewhwere, but by the time you have made numerous phone calls (with a waiting time of ~30 mins each time) to chase up your order, you'll have spent much more than you've saved. I waited 3 weeks on an item to be delivered from Glasgow Pram Centre, which i was initially told would take 1-2 days. A manager did say she would re-emburse me with £10.00, but 5 days later..still no sign of the money.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with the glasgow pram centre. I ordered a few things online from them a week and a half ago, but the website did not tell me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock when I purchased. I was phoned the day after by a rather curt customer assistant telling me that the item was not in stock and that they would send the rest of my order along, with the out of stock item following later - they would let me know when it would be delivered. I found the Glasgow Pram Centre to be an all round great service. Ordered our pram on the Monday night, I had an answer phone message from the office on the Tuesday to say it would be delivered Wednesday, I called them back and asked them to deliver on Thursday, which they said was not a problem. Thursday Pram delivered. All at the best price on line!! Well done Glasgow Pram Centre. Good customer service, with phone line direct to the office. Quick delivery and very competitively priced.

i saw the travel system i liked a few weeks ago and decided on searching around to try and find the best deal but the price of this travel system ranged from £165- £199 with out any asecories such as rain cover, change bag, foot muff. then i came across glasgow pram centre which had the travel system that i wanted on offer for £139.99 including changing bag and rain cover which normally reatails at an extra £40- £50. i thought this was too good an offer to miss a ...

Was cautious about using them after reading all the bad/mixed ratings on here. So rang up first to check stock levels and decided to pay by credit card, just in case of any problems Placed order via web Saturday, they left a message after trying both house and mobile to advise delivery for TUESDAY, yes Tuesday and guess what, yes they delivered via city link as promised. I can highly reccomend the glasgow pram centre. Following a visit to the store where i purchased a car seat I was tempted with a very reasonably price mamas and papas cot.The staff advised me as I live in the Highlands to order online as there was a 6-8 week delay on the product and if I order online there would be no postage and packing. I ordered a shade cover from Glasgow Pram Centre for my pram at the beginning of summer. It was delivered in September. I have subsequently returned the item, and I still haven't been refunded yet!

The staff I dealt with at Glasgow Pram Centre seemed to me to have poor knowledge of their product range - dragged on a sale of a pram for 3 months only to post a letter saying that it wouldn't be available for another 6 weeks. A quick call to another retailer who ordered it and had it to us in 4 weeks. Never again.

I am writing this review to warn other young mums not to buy from this company yes we got a good deal for the pram my daughter wanted silvercross 3d travel system untill things started to go wrong with the pram considering my grandson is only 18 weeks old the pram is being repaired for the second time the first it was away for nearly 5 weeks as the music stand had jammed they said i had folded it wrongly [their is only one way to fold it] now the front axel has buckeled] this pram has not ...

Ordered item and spoke with person with commitment it would be delivered next day and it never arrived. On calling customer services I asked for my order and tracking number and the member of staff told me they don't supply it to customers. The only paperwork is supposed to come with the delivery but I have not yet received it. I will not shop here again.
