We placed our order for our baby's bedroom furniture on the 6th of January and we were told that we would have it by the 14th of March. When I ordered a carseat (Britax Kidfix) from the glasgowpramcentre I made a payment, which I thought had gone through. Wrong. I get a mysterious email saying I made a part paymeny, and can I please log in and pay the rest. I had not made an account, as I was only interested in the carseat. Bought a silver cross pram from here a few months back and last week had an issue with the frame. Took it in to the shop and someone looked at it there and then and fixed it for us! When I came to using the pushchair element I came to find that the straps were not long enough to make sure my 3 month old daughter was secure. I've had to phone these guys three times now. Every time I've had to wait in a long queue and every time I speak to someone they have been rude, disiniterested and unhelpful. Ordered an Uppababy Vista at a very competitive price 10 weeks before the baby's due date on the basis of a 6 week expected delivery. Despite repeated promises on the lines of "definitely will be here next week", "being delivered on Thursday" etc we didn't take delivery for 13 weeks. Great Value & Service
We have just purchaced some childrens bedroom funiture from their own range, it arrived on the delivery date & time stated from the store the boys quickly assembled it and left no mess got off to a good start clean & tidy.
We still cant beleive the excellent quality of this product for the price we paid glad we listned to the staff, no rubbish here solid wood panels throughout none of your cheap stuff, this will last the test of time.
Once again Glasgow Pram Centre came out on top of the pile for quality keen pricing and excellent customer care.
I never have a problem in recommending them to friends as they will not let you down.

Went into the store at the end of June to buy oyster pram 3 in 1 and cotbed asked to pick up on 1st October.. Which gives me 4 weeks before due date! I get a call at the start of September to say cotbed may not be available until start of November which is leaving it a bit too close until my due date!! So far as I am aware the only thing they are consistently good at, is taking your money. I ordered a full set of nursery furniture from there website in July 2012 for an advertised delivery date of August 2012. Now they tell me it may be October! At this rate we will need the next size up! When they realised the delivery date was un-realistic they should have offered a full refund, the thirty days is in-sufficeint. Their price match " 100%" guarantee is a joke! I found a pram I liked online over £100 cheaper. When I asked the sales assistant about the price match she said her manager could not match it!!! The last couple days I've been mnaikg the right eating choices, I hope I can keep it up. Whilst a good price, we had to wait several months for delivery of Britax travel system and when it arrived was faulty and had to be returned. It was not easy to get hold of them to arrange replacement which even then developed other faults after a few months use. When Glasgow Pram Centre sent a further replacement it was for a completely different model! Would avoid both GPC and Britax products in the future. (read more)

Very poor customer services. To have an online shop and not to reply to emails is terrible.
I ordered an item which was out of stock, but was ensured it was coming next week. This did not stop the Glasgow prams from debiting my credit card immediately.
When I attempted to contact the store as to where my item was (via email) it took 5 attempts before I received a reply, and to told that they had spoken to my father (who is in Australia). I was then ensured my item would arrived promptly...

Very impressed with The Glasgow Pram Centre despite reading some worrying reviews on this site. The item I ordered was the Cybex Pallas car seat (Mamas & Papas). The price was £120 when I placed the order which was the cheapest around. This did jump back up to £180 a couple of days after, (same as Mamas & Papas). I had similar problems with the "manager" - she's a joke and thinks she is very good at her job and experienced - that's what she said. She was aggressive, dismissive, unhelpful and contradictory. Would never buy from this place again - once they have your money they're not interested in helping.
