    The price was very tempting and so I ordered. The website did not work (at least not with Firefox) so needed to phone to place the order.
    The person on the other side was extremely helpful and nice (and foreign which explains a lot. Took a week for despatch.
    Unfortunately the goods were faulty. Dent them back and, as could not change for another model, placed another order. after a week got an email stating the item is a special order and would take 3-5 weeks -- not a mention on WWW.

    Conclusions:
    - they seem to be making a trip to the post office once a week only - so do not expect speedy delivery!
    - email communication seems to be taking you back to the 80s: 2-3 days before somebody replies - but not necessarily answering your question or offering a solution
    - website inaccurate
    - impossible to log into the account to check the status of the order!

    Good stuff: if you call there is a nice human being out there. but that would not make your good to arrive any earlier!

    would I use Auravita again? considering the time lag and lack of flexibility - doubt it.
