Hotel Augusta is very overpriced. The staff are very unhelpful. We are seniors and had to find our room carrying luggage up two flights of stairs, down a lift to a courtyard, cross the courtyard, go up three floors in another lift, go down a flight of stairs, then along a corridor to the room. Our room overlooked the courtyard and there was no privacy what so ever when using the bathroom, as many other rooms overlooked one another. The bathroom window was clear glass. There are...
