Good Points: Great shop, excellent for online shopping.
Bad Points: Nothing.
General comments: Everything about Ebuyer is great. They were very friendly and helpful. My first order was shipped, but USPS left in the apartment door or must've have just took it with him then I contacted ebuyer and they were willing to send me another for free via Fedex ground.

I have been shopping with Ebuyer for several years and have bought thousands of pounds of equipment from them. I will keep shopping with them for the foreseeable future. I always believe the best way to test a how good a company is, is by them listening Acting and helping you when you need it most.

I have ordered a few times with eBuyer, the 1st time I ordered a guitar for 20quid! It arrived on time and intact. I really can't fault them.

I have just used Ebuyer to buy 2 sets of 5.1 speakers for myself and a friend at work. Ebuyer, as an e-tailer, offers quite a vast selection of IT related items. I am always happy with the Ebuyer service. I have used them various times, and nothing has ever taken longer than a week to arrive. I buy 99% of my IT products (and various other bits and pieces) from Ebuyer, as they're cheap, very cheap. In fact, working in IT, almost everyone I know in the industry uses them.
Anyway, the other reviews mention delayed orders as a complaint. I will say that their site tells you how many they have in stock, and if not in stock when they're expected in (and always has). Don't buy from Ebuyer if you want the goods on time (at all!) very poor service when things go wrong, I've now found other site with just as good prices after being let down by Ebuyer, so hunt around, don't be lazy !!

STEER CLEAR OF EBUYER AT ALL COSTS
Ebuyer cannot be contacted by telephone, they do not have a face or person to talk to - all correspondence is through their enotes system/via email - expect to wait up to a week for a response. They also ignore a lot of your problems, and bounce it back to you with automated replies. I had to go to Company's house to get the managing Directors contact details.
