    Good Points: Easy to use.
    Usually delivery is earlier than expected.


    Bad Points: I have had a few instances where goods have not been delivered at all due to them being out of stock, where normally this would not bother me as it has been a top or a pair of jeans for example, the last occurance was for a Sofa Bed which I must admit did cause me more of a problem.


    General comments: I have used Look Again for many years, probably around 12 and usually I am very impressed with the service and goods that I receive. However I have been let down recently with a Sofa Bed not being delivered and even though I have called several times to find the where abouts of my order, the date of expected delivery has just been postponed and then postponed again due to supplier problems. This has resulted in my cancelling my order and taking my business elsewhere. However, 2 days after I cancelled my order I receieved a phone call from the supplier, I advised them that my order had now been cancelled.If Look Again had called me on the last expectant delivery day to inform me that the suppliers would be calling me in 4 days, then I probably would not have gone and bought a different Sofa and insted waited that bit longer for my order.
    Do not be put off by this though as this is 1 bad experience in 12 years, so upon reflection this is good going by anyones standards.
    There will always be times where goods cannot be delivered due to them becoming out of stock, my problem with the sofa bed was I would have prefered to have been told that it was out of stock and that they did not know if it would be delivered rather than be told changing delivery dates, because of the changing information, I simply lost faith that my order would ever be delivered and because the customer service representatives would not contact the suppliers for me to find out for sure what was going on I was left with no option but to go elsewhere.

    I originally started using Look Again for its extensive selection of men's clothes, but every season the selection appears to get smaller.
    If you want a plain thick men's woolly jumper in the winter catalogue, you'll struggle to find one let alone a choice.
    However the women's selection seems to be extensive. I would buy more men's clothes if there was a larger selection. The delivery service and offers are fine and the clothes I have bought seem to last for the duration. Slightly expensive ...

    I have used Look Again now for about 8 years and they are a great catalogue. They are always offering discounts, interest free credit, free gifts and you get commission back on your purchases, which can amount to quite a nice sum of money which you can take of your balance.


    Customer services are always pleasant, arranging collections and delivery is very easy, and all in all they run very well, this is why I stay with them. Highly recommended.
