Windows Eyes is not the most popular screen reader on the market but more people should give it a try. For starters, it's cheaper than JAWS and also cheaper to upgrade. Secondly, they're working very hard to make the newer versions standards compliant so it reads webpages better and, if you've got other assistive technologies installed on your system such as JAWS or Supernova, this won't conflict or override them as the makers realise that different screen readers or magnifiers are better for different tasks. The customer service is also pretty good. They do try and get a reply back to you as soon as possible if you contact support with a problem.
Overall, I don't find much to be different using this and JAWS, they both have a billion keystrokes to remember, but this one costs less to maintain on your system in an up-to-date fashion.
