Been with Macomon for almost 5 years, through all the developments and name chnages. The support is second to none and all support requests are answered quickly unlike other hosts I have been with. Colin and Drew who run the support are polite and answer anything thrown at them. I cannot believe the last poster who said that they were rudely let down I would like to know the context of the support ticket that made them feel left down.

All in all I would consider Macoman/Fuzioned/Ariotek an excellent all round webhost and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I am generally satisfied with the hosting package from Macoman Mac Hosting and value for money; however, I am a bit of a amateur and was recently & rudely let down following a support request. Needless to say i'm now on this site looking for a new web hosting package.

After trying some other budget hosts, I was resigned to having to pay hundreds for my hosting needs. I thought I would try Macoman on a temporary basis while I checked out the expensive competition.

Needless to say, many months later I have had virtually no problems. The couple of small issues that arose due to script exploits etc. were quickly and effectively dealt with and openly and honestly discussed on the public forums.
